I just checked my order. It has been cancelled with no explanation. I checked the terms box, only ordered one. NO idea what is going on but I basically spent the entire day getting that order in the first place. If this doesn't get resolved it will be a serious test of my apple love. I'll consider quitting both apple and AT&T over this. There is a reason we pay a premium and it isn't to get jerked around like this. On hold for 15 minutes so far and haven't spoken to a person yet.
Were you adding a new line or new customer? I still don't see any terms box when I try to do it now... I'm a previous customer upgrading..
