I'm seeing the same thing. I can browse the store just fine but anything to do with my account is not working right now.

Not sure....that's the same email I have as well. Just wondering if anyone that got in via AT&T has a confirmed delivery date yet.
 
Submitted order via Apple.com at 5:41AM CST, as of 10:20AM it is still under "We've received your order" status.

Kind of worries me that it isn't even in processing status yet.

I'm getting this as well. Mine's still in processing too. I feel like many people are in this boat and we are ok with the 9/21 date, as mine still says that - from the Apple Store.:)

You can change the shipping address once the order goes into "processing". It goes "order received">"processing". Make sure you change it when it's in processing, because once it leaves there it will probably be "ready for shipping" or "shipped" and you may no longer be able to change the shipping address.

I wonder how you did yours an hour ago and have a confirmation delivery date. And i did mine like 6 hrs ago, and it says processing. On top of that i am still waiting on a confirmation? :(

I placed two orders, one at 3:10AM EDT and one at 3:20 EDT. When I woke up at 7:00AM, the first order was processing and the second was order received. By 845, the second was processing as well. So, 10 minutes can mean hours in the order process.

Same story here... Just gotta wait for it to catch up.

Did my order around 7 am central.
 
Rather than risk a screwup from AT&T in an effort to get the iPhone 5 a little quicker, I ordered mine from Apple with the 2-week shipping lead time. I'm ok with this for two reasons: 1) It gives me time to change my mind and cancel my order should the iPhone 5 end up having some terrible flaw (unlikely but not impossible), and I'd rather deal with a return to Apple than a return to AT&T; 2) It gives the case makers time to release some new cases and for feedback on those cases to be available before I choose one (yes, obviously I'm a case person).
 
I have a weird corporate account with Verizon so it didn't let me do it online last night (still bitter and tired), but I went to the Verizon store at 8am and it was empty... ordered it with ease and in giant highlighted text said DELIVERED BY 9/21. Somewhat assuring.
 
I'm eligible for a small discount, but here's the weird thing-

If I pre-order a 32GB iPhone 5 from AT&T the price is $749.00.
If I pre-order a 32GB iPhone 5 from Apple the price is $549.00.

Yes, yes, money is not an issue with me so I don't want to hear about the costs.

There is the ability to toggle LTE on or off.

It says I can't change it while it's processing when I press Edit Shipping Address. Did you do it another way?
 
Now when I click on my apple.com order number it routes me to a page that says "We're sorry! something went wrong with you request. Please try again later."

WTFFFFFFF!?!?!?! anyone else get this?!?!?!?
 
Stuck in the 2 weeks batch...

I set the alarm for 2:55 am (ET), but unfortunately at 2 am I had a freak sleep walking event (never had one before) that resulted in me bashing my head on the bed frame and having to go to the ER for 6 stitches. Tried to pull it up on the phone at the ER, but it just wasn't working...apple store app, website and ATT website were all throwing errors and lagging badly That took until 4 AM and by the time I got home...shipments had slipped.

Obviously its not the end of the world, but it certainly put the cherry on top of a bad night turning it horrible. At least it's Friday now. Congrats to everyone that got the first shipment!

Bah, just changed to processing - with an Oct 5th date.
