You guys can talk about me and my family and how confused I am about my products.....

BUT DON'T EVER TALK ABOUT MY RED TEXT!!!!

Whats with the red text? And the family??

Seriously though, I reallllly want iphone to come to verizon. It looks like this update is clearing up most of the problems/complaints anyone had.

I am loathe to buy a droid over this, but I may still need to :(

It's hilarious to watch how the iPhone OS is evolving into the complex mess of a desktop OS.

They are going to have to watch this, at some point they should just say, "yea well you need to do that on a desktop computer" otherwise the learning curve for new iPhone uses will be too steep...or it will just be a bad experience all round!!

So they are only at iBooks and I'm already way excited!

Even if they stop here :apple: has hit this version out of the park. I do not see a need to jailbreak anymore...

I was thinking that - it is getting increasingly complex, and is moving away from being the 'simple' tool it started out as.

Ah but it's not. Apple are being very clever here, at least from what we can see. It only gets complicated if you need to use that functionality. For a non-technical user they won't care about that functionality and never need to be exposed to it, the basic operation of the device is still ridiculously simple.

I don't know if it's funny, but yeah, it is interesting to note many have been preaching the simplicity of iphone/ipad OS is the future of computing.

Yet, iPhone OS is evolving in the opposite direction (folders, wallpapers), as you stated.

I still think it's funny that things like "Unified Inbox", "MultiTasking" and "Wallpapers!" deserve to be listed as huge deals.... most other phones have done this for years.
