I apologize for being late but the background services cover a good chunk of what you want done without compromising the experience.

Hopefully Enterprise support includes CardDAV. You know, that technology they put in OS X that the iPhone is unable to use.

Oh and remote wipe from their own server product would be useful too.

The app store should get a Widgets section... Apple-supplied apps like Weather & Stocks should be allowed to be used as widgets, and other Apps/Widgets should get Apple's Widget-approval to be used as widgets.

Hmm it says wirelessly sync books between platforms, which I assume means between iPad and iPhone. I wonder if that includes the books themselves or just the bookmarks and page that you're on.

I still think it's funny that things like "Unified Inbox", "MultiTasking" and "Wallpapers!" deserve to be listed as huge deals.... most other phones have done this for years.

well done. you've just repeated the thoughts of dozens of other people throughout this thread. now go away and let us enjoy the presentation!

10:46AM "We want to make gaming even better on the iPhone -- so we added a social gaming network."

Apple's XBOX Live?

Ah but it's not. Apple are being very clever here, at least from what we can see. It only gets complicated if you need to use that functionality. For a non-technical user they won't care about that functionality and never need to be exposed to it, the basic operation of the device is still ridiculously simple.

I agree. For example, folder creation. Unless a user goes out of his/her way to experiment this, then a normal user beginner user may not see this happen until much later when he or she is probably has a better grasp of the OS. Same thing with multi tasking.
