Fact! They all copy each other.. Apple to Microsoft, Microsoft to Apple, Microsoft from Xerox, who really cares? Innovation or imitation, who presents the best products in the end and does it best wins, and Apple really has shown some awesome stuff which am quite impressed about

Agreed.

So 3g without multitasking
and ipad update not until fall. shame

seems weird that people can enjoy this stuff on a ipod before i get it on my ipad. which costs a hell of alot more

I wonder what the other 93 are like?

Hell yeah just heard that iPhone gets iBooks... with free Winnie the Pooh

Still iBooks :D

No multitasking support for 3G. Ouch. Time to upgrade. Again!

I'm in the same boat, and it will be at full price. Ug, wish I didn't have to burn my upgrade chance on a friggen Blackberry earlier this year!

There you go...You really should be using an iPhone within the last 2 years.

If you use one 3 models back, you'll be missing out.

It's kind of true right now...it'll be even more true when the new phone comes this summer.

No Flash support mentioned. You're an idiot, Mr. Jobs.

Flash is in the early stages of death and will become less and less important over the next several months and years - and all of our computing devices will thank us once we are free from buggy and problematic flash...

so, i am not sure if Jobs is an idiot, but he at least has appropriate vision for the future of flash...

hahahahahaha no multitasking for the 3g... WHY?!

Im dying laughing right now

No multitasking for iPod Touch 2nd gen :( that's bad! Well at least I'll have folders... And background pictures for the home screen... Not that big of a deal though...

What about the iPod Touches that are supposed to be 3gen but are exactly the same as the 2gen ones? I mean, the last time they updated the iPod Touche, they only added a larger capacity version that was as fast as the iPhone 3GS, but the standard capacity ones stayed the same... Do those count as 3gen or 2gen? Although I have the real 2gen one anyway...

Hmmm, well nothing in there to dissuade me from my Nexus One,

The notification system is still horribly outdated and no home or lockscreen widgets, major disappointment.

Loving the game centre, gonna like that for my iPod Touch, I play a lot of games on it. :D

No new notification framework. Nothing like those popups. Apple really failed on that one.

11:01AM "So let's review. Multitasking, folders, enhanced mail, iBooks, enterprise, Game Kit, and iAd. And these are just seven of the 100 new user features. Now we are releasing a dev preview today."

Sounds like I'm the only disappointed one here...

Just following this on Engadget, I'm getting really excited. The iPhone has multitasking! What are people going to complain about now?

It looks once again like Apple has taken their time and come up with some really elegant solutions. Can't wait for June!
