Yep Google Earth does not work in leopard. I am a map junkie and I need my fix.
I read that dreamweaver and fireworks 8 are not 'officially' supported.
Anyone know if don't work?
iGrabnews 1.3.1b1 crashes a few seconds after I open it. It's not a big deal since there are better newsreaders out there.
Anyone try Applejack on Leopard? It does major stuff, so I'd rather not be the guinea pig.![]()
If AppZapper doesn't work, does that mean CleanApp won't work as well? Anyone able to confirm?
Anyone else have this problem with Timbuktu 8.6?
The program itself is working fine with my Powerbook G4 and Leopard, but after I boot up, it does not display the 'funky' old Mac icon in the menu bar like it used to. I have to launch the program each time after rebooting and it's always asking for my computer password. It never did that before except for the initial install.

I got a "command timed out error" then it loaded fine. (open office 2.2)
loading it the next time was fine. (without closing x11)
when I closed x11 and reloaded I got the same behaviour. x11 was updated in the leopard upgrade, there may be an issue there rather than with OOO as when x11 is already open OOO loads fine.
as ever, it takes a while to load. and I haven't updated it for a while. it may be better in more recent versions
Can anyone confirm/deny that iStat Menus works in 10.5?
Protools will not work even if you change system prefs. Bad coding is what that is.
Apparently Cisco's VPN client will not work with Leopard, meaning anyone who relies on that will have to wait for Cisco to release an update.
EDIT: On further consideration, this might not be true. My University posted a warning that the VPN client wouldn't work with Leopard (just as the old version didn't work with Tiger), but they have removed that warning from their site now.
does anyone know how long it usually takes for companies to update their software to work with new operating systems?
Anyone know of any alternatives to PithHelmet and Saft? These two don't work with Leopard.
[EDIT] I found this for session saving. Safari has it built-in...kinda.
