I call that number and cant even get through
I refuse to pay 30 dollars for a bumper that doesn't even cover the screen or the back. Apple should have gotten the iPhone 4 design to third party accessory designers earlier so this could have been avoided. If anyone knows of a shipping case (other than the bumper) I could have overnighted, please let me know. /tangent

I'm envious of those of you who have had your status change. People who ordered later than me have theirs arriving, some people who ordered before me are in the same boat as me. Seems like a big cluster f**k from AT&T.
Guess I'll keep checking back and see if anything changes, although I'm starting to think I'm one of many thousands who are getting shafted.
This is very irritating. I ordered mine through AT&T's Premier's site on the 15th. My order status is still listed as "In Progress" The last update of my order was June 18th.
I better get my iPhone this 24th, that was the whole reason of me pre-ordering it in the first place!
I hear that a lot of people's iPhone's are stuck in limbo with the "In Progress" status. I keep refreshing every day in hopes to see "Shipping"![]()
I posted this earlier. It sounded like several were in my boat. I check again just now and saw that my order is still 'in progress' but the numbers are no long showing up as 'back ordered'. That must have dropped off in the last hour. I'll take any good news I can get. Nothing on shipping, but my 'hope' level just moved from a 1 to a 5 (on a scale of 10 !)

I took one for the team and was on hold for 30 minutes for Premier Customer Service (btw, 1-866-499-8008, wait for prompts #2, #3, #0).
Ordered before 8:00 AM on 15th.
One of my premier upgrades has been shipped with tracking. The other is saying back ordered.
The enthusiastic customer service representative indicated I will not receive the backordered phone on the 24th. Said sometime between 25th - 28th. So you all are likely in the same boat that are Premier, and have theirs labeled 'back-ordered'. He could not explain why one is shipping and the other is not. He was sort of like a robot, "it will ship between 25th and the 28th" over and over. He even said the one that has a tracking number may not be received till after the 24th, although I don't believe that.
I am just confused as to why he never asked me for any information, like my phone number, but only my last name.
I ordered mine at the AT&T store at 10:30 AM PDT on 6/15. They did not get it into the system until 6/16 at 12 noon. I am still showing in progress. Okay, I am already stressed about that, but I called AT&T customer service a few minutes ago and they told me it was in progress but not being shipped to my home but to the store. I drove over to the store and saw the representative who helped me. I asked him why they asked for my home address for shipping confirmation but it was coming to the store. He first asked my last name and walked to the back. He came back about 20 seconds later and said something unintelligible. I asked him why if he asked me to confirm my home address was I getting notice that it was being delivered to the store. He said that there may have been something wrong with the address verification. For this next part, mind you, we are at a computer and nothing has been typed in yet.
I asked him to them verify somehow for me where it was being shipped. He walked to the back locked room again and emerged 30 seconds later with a statement that it was being sent to the store. Now, I ask you this: how did he know this without looking at a computer at all or seeing my information? Are the phones in the back room as I saw FedEx leaving when I got there or was he trying to shut me up? I am just confused as to why he never asked me for any information, like my phone number, but only my last name.
