I just used the U200 (200 bonus minutes) and CLL2 (200 bonus SMS texts) codes successfully -- the added minutes and texts are already reflected in my account. However, someone else is my office who also has the premier discount through our company and the exact same account as I do was just told that the codes are invalid. If you get one of these people, hang up and keep trying.

Unluckily some of these are already expired. Example, the TMS4 code is no longer working. Also, the U200 is working still.
CLL2 was just removed from my account and I've tried twice to get it back on but they keep saying that one is dead. I'm trying TMB9 now.
It's interesting that they always ask where I obtained the feature codes.
Edit: That one failed too. They keep saying that I can not add feature codes, end of story. I've talked to three different people now.

Yea I just noticed that CLL2 was removed from my 3 lines, luckily its the new bill cycle and I didn't text yet - I'll have to call up tomorrow to see what's up.
The CLL2 only applies to valid college FAN accounts. Unfortunately, none of us here know what are those valid college FAN that would accommodate CLL2 in your text plan. You may keep trying monthly to re add it but that's quite a hassle.
CLL2 is valid for the University of Texas FAN. I have had it for a few months now without issue.
If you asked for TBM9, you asked for the wrong code. Its TMB9 and it still works. However it is very hard to get a rep that will add these codes. Its seems ATT has let the reps know about people calling up and trying to add SOC codes. You have to come up with a good excuse when trying to add these codes.
Ya I had the correct code written down, which is what I gave him but yeah makes sense. I shall try again.
So far most people are not sure yet since MMS hasn't been activated for iPhone users with AT&T here in US.

In light of the recent MMS announcement, I should give my thoughts on the codes. In my experience, CLL2 is a code that is for SMS only. MMSes are still charged at 30¢/each. I think the TMB9 etc. codes are also SMS only.
There is no difference between the SOC SMS packages and the normal SMS packages. Same rules apply.
Now that AT&T are saying that MMS messages are to be included as part of your text message feature, yes.
So in this case, TMS4 should include both MSG and MMS.

TMS4 has been unsuccessful for the 5th time today, one rep tried the code and it told him that he was unauthorized. This was the same rep that added CLLS and U200 to my account.

That's because TMS4 has been dead for 2 years now. The new code is TMB9. CLL2 and U200 are good, however, CLL2 will be dropped after a billing cycle if you don't meet the required college approved FAN#.
On a side not, my CLL2 was dropped despite me being in college. I know, not all colleges are available with this code.
