I got a message saying "we hit a snag" on your order. They split my order into two seperate orders. Even though i only have one order number.

I ordered three phones and got charged for three phones. Its still pending on my bank account until it ships. The other phone the pro max is on hold. I got charged for another phone again, now they want my card to charge me again to complete my order? But this is just the icing on the cake, they cannot update my payment method until i get a tracking number? I cannot get a tracking number until i update my payment method. Its a closed loop.

Never ordering from ATT again. Ever. Should have stuck with Apple.

Anyone had any luck tracking on Fedex with a reference number? If so, did you use the order number or the phone number associated with it? Mine is going to a business address so it won't let me sign up for Delivery Manager to track it that way.
Reference numbers on the FedEx labels don't match anything from my order or even my phone numbers (phone number line is all zeros). Correct you can't track for a business with a customer Delivery Manager.

same thing happened to me and that is a huge issue across the board. From now on just ordering through apple and paying outright

same exact thing I said how you gone receive tracking if you can't charge for shipment. But this seems to be a wide spread issue from AT&T rep I spoke too

TY. They said once i receive the tracking numbers for the other two phones to call back and then give them my card for the third phone then they will ship it. Once i find out more i will let you if you dont find out first.
 
my whole famly phones decided to **** the bed and we are upgrading 4 phones with this 16 batch. ugh.

anyone know if you can still waive these $35 upgrade fees automatically by disputing them on the bill / calling?
If anyone needed an update to this. My bill came in today. On each upgrade fee there was a button saying "dont recognize this charge?" i clicked it and after 2 button presses (on upgrade fee) the fee's were waived for me. Thank the lord.

Called this morning and same verbiage as yesterday. Today they are saying wait till this afternoon for tracking.

Did you get a tracking? I didnt yet. The only phone that is holding up the order the Pro Max. I might have to cancel the order, or part of it.
 
Go there and when you get to the final screen it makes you cancel all devices in the order. That’s what I see on my end at least

I just got tracking for one phone. The other still showing hit a snag and is showing to call that number.
 
Got my second text that the other package shipped as well...looks like I'm good for Friday delivery for both (too bad I'm halfway around the world from home)...:(
