I got a message saying "we hit a snag" on your order. They split my order into two seperate orders. Even though i only have one order number.
I ordered three phones and got charged for three phones. Its still pending on my bank account until it ships. The other phone the pro max is on hold. I got charged for another phone again, now they want my card to charge me again to complete my order? But this is just the icing on the cake, they cannot update my payment method until i get a tracking number? I cannot get a tracking number until i update my payment method. Its a closed loop.
