Carrier AT&T: iPhone 16/Plus/Pro/Pro Max US Pre-Orders, Orders, and Delivery Status Thread (2024)

Also received an email from AT&T that my Apple Watch Ultra 2 in Black has shipped. They used FedEx for the Watch which is weird. This tracking has movement.

My iPhone 16 Pro Max - UPS, no movement. Updates to follow.
 
Got the email, but since there was a four hour or so delay between texts, I’m assuming the same will be true with the emails. First one only shows my son’s phone as shipping.

Edit - second email for my iPhone just showed up.

Shipped at 4:32 am via UPS. ATT website shows the same info. Ordered 16 Pro 1 TB Black on Friday 7:42 am
 
Both 16PM 1TB Desert Ti have shipped!!

Both coming UPS and both showing “UPS hasn’t received package”.

Totally normal for AT&T haha!! Both showing Friday delivery.

Good luck to those still waiting!!

My 16 Pro shipped at 1:30a via FedEx and my Pro Max shipped at 4:30a with UPS.

Same here, if you click on the details it shows it’s in Texas and they are next day air delivery so once the day gets going we should see them ship out and be delivered tomorrow! Someone figure out what flight these packages are on like the other threads haha

Those with fedex mine is showing it has left texas and is now on the way to the east coast! :cool:

16PM on FirstNet was out of Fort Worth, TX (Now in Louisville, KY)

16PM on AT&T is coming out of Plainview, IN (still waiting on updated tracking)

It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!! Haha!!

I think I found the flight my phone will be on :). Looks to be leaving Indianapolis International tonight at 11pm and arriving early tomorrow morning.

Can not find ACCOUNT number!

I was a bit concerned, but one unit is now awaiting pickup by UPS, so it is moving along.

Still have no order number. I have gotten a few emails that show the last 4 digits on the account number, so it must exist. How can I find it?
 
AT&T playing with my feelings 😭 I know how this works, just teasing but really, why is the information so out of sync? Drives me bonkers!

9/17 order with 10/22 est. shipping date. 16 PM Desert. Anybody else super late to the game? lol

They ship using FedEx for most origin locations. However they also use UPS for a subset of the total iPhone shipments. Your iPhone 16 Pro Max may still be inbound from China. It should ship later today if you have a 9/19 ship date for delivery tomorrow.

What color did you order and what memory capacity? There is a batch of 16 Pro Max 512 and 1 TB that were not expected to arrive from China until today.
