Carrier AT&T: iPhone 16/Plus/Pro/Pro Max US Pre-Orders, Orders, and Delivery Status Thread (2024)

Ordered on 9/14, with a 10/18 est. shipping date. But i’m going to keep a look out for stock at nearby Apple stores. Had a similar situation with my 14. Had a shipping date about a month out, but ended up cancelling it, bc a few iPhones popped up in stock at a nearby Apple store, about a week after release.
My 16 pro black 1TB is shipping via UPS and finally is in their possession. Before it was, it was listed as originating from Plainfield, IN but now shows location as Louisville, KY. Either on a 4:58 PM flight today or 4:23 AM tomorrow. Will know this evening if it scans in Charlotte or tomorrow AM, but it's progress!
My Pro Max in Black was supposed to be delivered Mid-October, is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow. 
My 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256, ordered on 9/13 shipped today for Friday 20th delivery. Shipped from York Pa via FedEx.
My two iPhone 16 Pro Max phones are also in Kentucky. It’s weird how they send them from Dallas Fort Worth over to Kentucky for Texas delivery again lol
Same situation here. Checking FlightAware but not sure where’s going to from KY. I’m in South Florida for reference so it’s either Miami hub or Jacksonville hub 🤷🏻♀️
Hmm my 2 iPhone 16 Pro units went from Dallas to Greensboro, NC for routing / sorting instead of Memphis this year. They arrived at 3:46 PM.

Anyone here in the south Florida area expecting delivery tomorrow with UPS and not getting any movement? I’m checking FlightAware and there was a flight to Miami that just departed, no scanning for me. There’s another five flights between 1:00 am and 4:00 so I’m hoping my phone gets on one of those?
When I get iPhones via UPS they are usually on the last flight that arrives at FLL just before 6 AM. This year my UPS items are still in SDF. While my AT&T orders are waiting for a sort at the Greensboro, NC regional hub.

Makes sense. This is the first time AT&T is sending me the phone via UPS, it’s been FedEx since I moved from Verizon.
I was originally going to order next week. I prefer to wait until they come out and I can walk into Best Buy, or the Apple Store, or the AT&T store, or any store that's convenient to me at any given time and experiment with their display models.
Then I decided that I'm going to wait until I get my last bill credit for my previous trade-in, which is about 3 weeks away. I'm milking every last cent of my credits and not giving AT&T any freebies, even if it is the last $30.

The order process made me pay my last $30.39 payment as my billing period overlapped last week. Even though the system actually showed a $0.00 balance so I could not pay it off. So now I have a credit on my account of $30.39.
These legacy billing systems are just S***.

My UPS orders are not showing ‘signature required’
Preordered iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB in white 9/13 at 6:55 AM. Phone is being shipped UPS and was scheduled to be delivered launch day (tomorrow) and here’s the latest tracking info:

Not sure… I’m having my iPhones delivered to my local AT&T store down the road and pick them up tomorrow afternoon. If signature is required, Noelle will sign.

This happened to me one year.
Showed ‘pending shipment’ the entire time and was delivered on launch day.
