Carrier AT&T: iPhone 16/Plus/Pro/Pro Max US Pre-Orders, Orders, and Delivery Status Thread (2024)

My 2 AT&T iPhones are setting in Greensboro, NC waiting for my flight south to FLL (FedEx 1067) it arrives at 6:04 AM. It will still make it but it was very odd to skip Memphis and the Super Hub. About the same time my 2 iPhones from UPS (UPS1346) arrive at 5:48 AM at FLL.

One of my iPhone pro max is in Houston, the other says it’s still in Louisville KY as of 1:46pm yesterday. Not departed. Hope it’s not going to be delayed because it will still have to get to Houston then to Beaumont to be out for delivery by 9:30 am. UPS.

Sons phone left Memphis at 3:45 pm local time and mine is still there even thought they arrived at the same time.

Still confident both will show up…but I hate this!!

Order 4 phones with only one schedule for Friday. Status Thursday night still showed 3 coming early October.

Checked at 5am on Friday morning. ALL four will be here Friday according to them. One via UPS and others via Fedex.

Mine says it'll be delivered today but it's still not on the truck showing "Out for Delivery". My hope in Fedex is extremely low.🙃

Two out of three of my iPhones are getting ready for delivery, the other one is still in route from Houston due to a late flight from Kentucky. The UPS page says it will still be delivered today but later than the communicated time. If it runs too late, I doubt that UPS is going to deliver on Saturday and it will probably be Monday if that’s the case.
 
Out for delivery estimated 9:10 - 11:10am with FedEx. They are usually in the neighborhood later in the afternoon so I’ll be pleasantly surprised if it gets here in that window.

OK, everything has been updated. The third phone finally made it to Beaumont from Houston and is preparing for a delivery so I will have all three of my phones today two coming from UPS, one coming from FedEx. All of them are being delivered to the AT&T store for safekeeping And I am just a few miles away to pick it up when they arrive.

Hmmm, my Fedex delivery was supposed to be today, but it just switched from being on the way to Ready for Pickup. Not sure why that changed, I didn't request a delivery change.
 
So, I am not on NextUp and I have a paid off iPhone 12 that's a bit scratched up.

I use phones for years so a 3yr commitment is not a problem as long as AT&T doesn't jack up prices above the competition.

So, what is the best way for me to get a dicount for 16PM or Plus ?

Via AT&T store, or Apple Store ?
