For Costco, existing customers get $100 Costco card, $50 bill credits, and no activation fee ($35)
Mine were just dropped off by a FedEx driver in a Penske rental van.

Mine came this morning. All finished setting up already.
Is the box that it came in the one we send the trade-in back with? I thought there was a separate box that came last year.

Each package included the Trade-in Return materials. New UPS label in the box and a strip of packing tape. There is also a cardboard sleeve to put your Trade-in iPhone into.
There is not a separate Trade-in kit coming so don't expect one.

Same here. Was showing 8:50am to 10:40 am and now just 8:00 pm. 3 years ago when I was waiting for the 13, it didn't get delivered until 6 pm. It was a long day of waiting.Mine went from 9:10am to 11:10am to now showing by 8:00pm
My truck is inside my complex, and is going around like he doesn’t know where to go. Not the first time he’s been in my complex, he was here early twice! I have no idea why UPS uses such a strange system. I know they have to deliver businesses first but I can’t guarantee you that there are no businesses inside my complex. How frustrating!
Well looks like the “shipping on Oct 11” was a lie for me cause now I’m getting my phone Monday. Yay
Yep! I'm finally moving on from my 12 Pro Max this year and just didn't get motivated in time to pre-order at the launch date.
I ordered 1 Black 16 PM 256 GB and 1 Desert 16 PM 256 GB on Sept 16th and my expected ship date is Oct 21st.
Hoping it might ship sooner.
Yeah the att app still says Oct 11, but I got an email today it has been shipped today. So weird.

Woke up to see that FedEx left both phones at the front door…no signature required I guess.
Son got them and luckily only opened his box so I get a fresh box to open when I get home from my trip!

Are you trading in any of your current devices? If so make sure you keep the trade-in labels with the correct device. Your brown cardboard box from AT&T is your trade-in box with a UPS return label and a stip of packing tape.

They are locked to AT&T until you pay off any balance and you request an unlock.
