Order 10122856xxx not shipped.

Ordered 7am PST 6/15 via premier. received confirmation email. order status was last updated on 6/17. still says 1 backorder. Called AT&T business services today.. got no real answers other than they were swamped with orders.

Don't know why my regular (non premier) order page says 6/16 when my premier says 6/15..

CSR said if I didn't get an email indicating order was cancelled or otherwise.. then it will ship.

Not sure I'm going to hold my breath.

I'm in the Los Angeles Area.
 
i have order date of 6/16, status is still "in progress" with no back-ordered; when i tried to call att to cancel my pre-order, this is the rep's response:

we cannot cancel your pre-order because your iphone is being sorted in our warehouse for shipping; then i asked if it is still being sorted, why cant i cancel it, they say you can only cancel an order when it is being processed for billing, not shipping, since the phone it is already being processed for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled.

the good news? it is being shipped on thursday; the bad news? i wont be home getting it :mad:
 
Personally, i'm glad mine was shipped with FedEx. UPS has always sucked and screwed things up for me and FedEx always delivers super early with no problems.

im in the same boat - sorry but whatd you mean, shipped thursday or receiving it thursday?
 
I checked my status via regular AT&T website earlier today and got my tracking info. I just received my premier shipping confirmation e-mail 5 mins ago!!!!
 
i was told the same thing today - called another customer service number i was given and the woman there told me it was 300th in line to be shipped. so the recording saying its processED I'm guessing means we should be hearing about a shipment in the next 12-18 hours hopefully

just something to share - I'm assuming most of us ordered w credit card (I was told by ATT not to use debit), well Chase fraud dept flagged my preorder as fraudulent on 6/16 and called me. I got it sorted out but according to the woman at customer service today this bumped my order date from 6/15 at 7:30 AM to sometime the morning of 6/16 (even though ATT site still says my order date was 6/15) :mad: no idea why when I spend $106 a month w ATT, that a purchase of $199+ tax would be flagged but it was. Anyone else have this issue??

Had the same problem with my Chase CC. Got an email on the evening of 6/15 about about a possible unauthorized charge. Call immediately and they released the charge of $1. I asked them what caused this and they said, "you charged something at Apple, Borders, and Walgreens". I mentioned that this didn't really sound fraudulent. All they would say is the system felt is was suspicious. Oh well.

Anyway, I order two phones with the card. One is shipped with fedex #, and the other (my wife's) has bounced back and forth between "not yet shipped" and "prepared for shipment".

So basically their holding you hostage even though they may not ship your pre order until the next Iphone is announced! " being sorted at the warehouse?" at the rate their going it could take months to "sort at the warehouse" what a bunch of bullkaka!

ordered 6/16 @ 12:58pm PST from the website. right after i ordered, refreshed the site, and it was in maintenance! never went to backordered.

now shipped, but via UPS.

just got a "Let's talk about your New iPhone" email, but the verbiage mentions 3G (not even S:) )

Ordered a 32gb on 6/15 at 11:30 eastern time on the regular ATT site. Showed up with a order date of 6/16 but a different Order number. Got an email to one email account acknowledging the preorder but it was not a true conf email. Got the CSS email sent to a different email account. Got tracking just now at 10:12pm 6/21. Crazy system but I am happy. :) Oh and it is being sent UPS not FEDEX.

ETA: Status still shows In Progress
 
So after seeing the video about my local att rep calling me when my iPhone will be ready, my stomach has been on the fritz. I hope the reps at my local att store at least half competent enough to get through every iphone activated on the 24th...if i've had all this anticipation about my tracking number and to know on the 24th that my iphone is sitting at my store and i don't get a call, I may just kill someone...

Follow-up email stating my new number and order in progress: 6/17
Order Status Date: 6/16

Now ------ SHIPPED VIA UPS !!!! SWEET.

The thing im more worried about mine, is the all it shows is the iphone and the "Freight" Not the various sim which everyone has.

I don't have "Various SIM" and neither does a bunch of people on here...Did you have it shipped to your house or your local store?
 
Been reading these posts for days trying to keep up.

showing backordered on the ATT site still and showing processing on Premire site, no change since the 17th.

I have called ATT about 5 different times and they all said that I should have mine on release day.

If they would just send a MASS email to all of us that pre-ordered during a certain time, it would alleviate about 60 percent of the irate phone calls they are getting. How hard is it to know now who is getting them, and send a mass communication?
