**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I ordered my iP4 on June 15th @ 7:25 a.m. through AT&T Premier and received confirmation email @ 7:30 a.m. Order status states ordered on June 16 and still shows "Backordered" and "In Progress"

Others who ordered many hours after me already have shipment confirmations and tracking numbers! What gives??

That is a gross way of putting it. Apple fanboys are an odd bunch, relating waiting for the iPhone 4 order status updates to giving birth.

Note: I'm not saying being a fanboy is a bad thing.

Great news!!! I hope I'm in the same boat with ya since my story is almost exactly the same as yours!
 
Ok wow. I changed from backordered 1 to 0 this morn and then got a tracking number already. Wootage!

Fedex tracking shows picked up in Ft. Worth, TX and estimated delivery by 6/23 @ 3pm. I bet there will be a delivery exception to hold it until the 24th.
 
I bet Dell or Microsoft had a such a devoted following such as these. I don't recall ever hearing people who ordered a Microsoft smartphone creating 115 pages in a forum before about it.

I have the same page, including saying I order on the 16th when I did it on the 15th. UPS usually takes 2 days to get to me from this point in their shipping, but I wonder now if now if maybe it will get here tomorrow? Would for sure have to fly out and process by 6pm tonight for a 23rd delivery.
 
I just got really good news. My iphone will be delivered tomorrow 6/23 by 3pm
I placed my order online via premier on 6/15 @ 9:30 am.
Here the shipping information.
I am assuming that people with a 6/22 shipping date will "most likely" get their phones delivered overnight on 6/23

Premiere online order on 6/15 @ 11:45AM EST, still shows in Progress on both pages! :( I'm getting a little jealous of all my fellow macrumorers who have tracking number in hand. It looks like a 6/24 delivery for me instead of 6/23.
 
My tracking info just went live sometime in the last hour. I ordered on 6/15 around 7am, and mine said attention for several days, and then backordered until last night.

Shipped via FEDEX for arrival tomorrow by 4:30pm.

I hear ya bro..I ordered at 9a.m. edt on the 15th and it burns my biscuits that I see people with order dates on 6/16 getting shipment notifications. Then I call ATT Premier Support and am told that they're doing their best to ensure all orders on 6/15 be delivered by the 24th and that I should be fine...so where's my damn tracking number!!!!:mad:

I'd be fine waiting if others that ordered AFTER me weren't receiving shipping notifications...it's about fairness dude! If others were waiting then cool, I'd wait but orders AFTER mine are shipping..so how is that fair?

i do sales and i cant even do my job this week...cant focus, this is getting bad

First order
> att.com - 06/15 - for a 16GB
> email confirmation received at 11:04am on 06/15
> date ordered 06/17
> went from backordered 1 to 0 this morning
> tracking number came up at 8.30am EST
> fedex says delivery 06/23!

but my second order is still showing backordered
> att.com - 06/15 - for a 32GB
> email confirmation received at 11.37am on 06/15
> date ordered 06/16
> backordered qty = 1!
 
Woke up this morning and ATT status page has 3 Tracking numbers and NULL as the carrier. They look like FedEx numbers. Sweet :)
