**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Are only Premier and In-Store orders getting active tracking numbers?

Any regular online at&t orders getting working, active tracking numbers w/ info or are they all (like mine) showing no tracking data yet?
 
Yesterday seemed like it was the majority of the tracking numbers were in order of time ordered and 16GB phones. Hopefully today........32GB phones........

That's all I got.....I'm not going to feel comfortable until I have a tracking number........
 
It's been a while since I've ordered a phone from AT&T. Does anyone remember if they have required someone to sign for FedEx shipments in the past?
 
Wow....talk about a sigh of relief!


I was in a meeting for the past 45 minutes...came back...status changed.


Still in progress, still 0 under QTY shipped, null for carrier, and a tracking number for each item.


Plugged it into FEDEX and it says that it's been picked up in TX. Scheduled delivery to my location (only shows the city and state) by tomorrow 3PM!


I'm excited. Not sure why it doesn't have a 1 under QTY Shipped though.



All this for a damn phone. You'd think it was a cancer vaccine.

If it still shows as in progress then how did you find your tracking number?
 
6/15 1:30AM PST - Ordered from Premier
6/18 12:30PM PST - Premier rep calls to reconfirm order and CC#

Premier site says 6/15
ATT Site says ordered 6/18

Has been processing up until 10:15AM this morning.

Similar to the previous post, I now have a fedex shipping number on the AT&T site showing that it has shipped out overnight from Ft Worth, TX and will be here tomorrow by 3PM.

Looks like they're doing their best to handle the orders that were received on the 15th. 150 pages of this thread is going to make you more antsy.

A day early works for me! Maybe they decided to ship them early so there isn't activation problems all at once on the 24th??

Should we start the thread now? 😀

And I'm mad at AT&T now because I ordered on the 15th at 12:30 and It's still not being shipped as far as the online system is concerned. I'm hoping their system is inaccurate and Mine is on it's way like everyone elses 😀
 
Has anyone been able to talk to a CSR at AT&T in the last hour or two? I can never get a hold of anyone because of call volume. All I want to know is if I can expect my phone on launch day...
 
Just talked to a Premier CSR and he assured me that he could see on the screen that both mine and my wifes iPhone 4s have been processed and linked to my account. He said I should expect my tracking info to be emailed at any time from now through tomorrow.

Premier side shows processing for me and AT&T side shows back-ordered.

Guess we'll see within 24 hours.

Update:

I have 2 orders for 1 phone each using AT&T Premier.

Order 1 cleared from backorder Sunday night. Late last night the regular att.com status check gave me a tracking number. This morning I got a shipped email that gave me a Fed Ex tracking number. The package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Calling the premier phone status now: "Your order was shipped"

Order 2 cleared from backorder status last night. I have not received any emails concerning the order.

Calling the premier phone status now: "Will be shipped shortly"

So I'm assuming that I'm running into a situation where I'll get one phone tomorrow, and the other one will arrived either Thursday or in the days after that. Kinda sucks cause I have to make sure I'm home instead of at work, so I'd rather them both come the same day.

According to the people that ordered via apple.com they are receiving emails indicating a 23rd delivery. We'll know definately tomorrw if that's true or not.
 
Order date: 6/15 8:45am through Premier, showed 6/15 order on both sites
Was on backorder until 6/21 @ 10pm
Received Tracking Info 6/22 @ 8:46am (Premier status still shows processing, so check regular site)
Received shipped email 6/22 @ 10:42am

Shipped via Fedex - Delivery on 23rd
Shipping from Dallas/Fort Worth.

Just an FYI. I had spoken to a rep yesterday and they told me the same thing( I was backordered;ordered via premier). Sure enough today I was taken off backorder and given a tracking number. So keep your hope up.
