**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Finally

Finally went from Backordered to 0...hopefully this means the ball is rolling...fyi i spoke with a supervisor at AT&T last night who told me i am guaranteed to have my phone shipped by the 24th...6 phone calls and a couple swear words later i got an answer...

I don't want to call At&t...they will just try to appease me
 
I ordered my iPhone on the 15th at 4am cst. Today I received an official AT&T email with the fedex number, but the number doesn't show up in fedex tracking system. What to do? 😕
 
I am still on backorder. Someone shoot me. Please. I ordered at freaking 5am cst on the 15th from the premier site. I swear this stress is killing me. 😡🙁😡🙁
 
bad news

I hate to break the bad news. I called ATT Premier for the third time just now. This time, the guy said if it's back-ordered, the phone might not be delivered till 7/14. To which I responded, "but I placed my order on 6/15 at 11:30 EST!" He simply said "So did 600,000 other people. And unfortunately, some of those orders are pushed back and will have to wait till 7/14."

My status is still back-ordered on the regular and processing on premier.

I called this morning. And the lady said I'll get mine maybe a few days after launch day.

When I called yesterday, the lady told me I will get it on launch day if I placed my order on 6/15 and have not received a cancel email from ATT.

Who do I believe?????

I also have a 505xxxxxx order number and no shipping information on Fedex... because I am in Dallas I wish i could just go get mine at AT&T warehouse 😛
 
I ordered at freakin 2AM PST on the morning of the 15th and all I have is a dead tracking number. 😡

But I do have some alcohol so I guess it all evens out. 😱
 
Alright. I'm just confused now. I ordered at 3pm EST on the 15th. Never back ordered, last updated the 17th, credit card charge pending since the 15th, no shipping info-still processing. What is going on? 😕😕

This is so STUPID 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I did not stay up all night to get my iPhone LATE!

It works. Fedex's site said it would be here tomorrow by 4:30pm.

My tracking number did show info and it's officially saying that it will be delivered tomorrow! 🙂

Btw, I ordered my iPhones on the 15th around 2:15p.m. (central time)

I guess that could be it, but you would think they would handle the ones who are not calling them and being calm. I mean inside I am not calm at all but I have not called At&t...still on backorder...
 
I just got a tracking number about an hour ago! I ordered on 6/15 around 1:30PM EST, had the order filed with AT&T on the 16th (am a Premier customer), and after despairing that it's been on backorder since, it moved out of backorder this morning, and this afternoon got the tracking number! It says delivery by 3pm on 6/23, which is exciting! I can't wait!

i hatechooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! you ordered like freaking 7 hours after me. 🙁

It's killing me. I've tried to ignore it - but can't. Called FedEx, no help. Called AT&T, even less helpful. (surprise surprise) Keep trying to work... Ended up writing a program to monitor my tracking ID and alert me of any change in status immediately. Very productive! I'm starting to believe AT&T just handed out bogus numbers to appease us for a few days while they try to get their poop in a group.
 
Ugh, I hate this.

People now getting phones tomorrow and I'm still back-ordered. Talked to Premier CSR and they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

What really worries me reading this thread is that while I have a Premier order date of 6/15, the AT&T wireless order date show 6/18.

I've seen lots of Premier orderers have a similar situation but everyone else shows a 6/16 or 6/17 order date, no one else is as late as my 6/18. This makes me angry as I think it means I'm at the back of the line and I got my order in at 12pm ET on 6/15, well within the supposed cutoff for 6/24 delivery.

That's right around the same time I ordered (and I don't know that I've seen anyone who ordered then who have gotten shipping info). Maybe they're finally getting around to our block of orders.
 
Decided one last call to FedEx, then to put it to rest and whatever happens happens, and she said my package was scheduled to arrive at my house tomorrow.

I think it's the opposite. Seems the more I call, the more my order is getting delayed. Mine is still frickin' BACK-ORDERED 😡

Man, I feel for you. I was feeling the same way until 2 hours ago when I finally got my tracking number. I'm pulling for you to get yours asap. I'm not sure who is to be believed, but I think you are safe to get it this week (by Friday). 7/14 sounds crazy.
