funny, before my afternoon run- repeatedly refreshed the screen. Just got back and I'm sure the website gave me the finger after I refreshed many more times....

No have not tracked it that far hoping to se a change tonight and maybe get it tomorrow, but doubt it.
I called ATT today - finally spoke with someone at about 330. Was told I would see tracking information tomorrow, and it would ship tomorrow and I'd get it between the 24th-28th. Hung up with her, checked my order status again just because, and it was still in progress but it had a ship date of today and a tracking number! About 20 minutes later, the tracking number actually worked showing it had been picked up in TX and I would get it tomorrow by 3pm! Now I just checked order status again and it does show that it was shipped!
HALLELUJAH! I ordered at 320 pm eastern time, two iphone 16gigs, and I'm a new customer.
To everyone still waiting... I'm not gonna say "hang in there" .. I'm gonna say that I'm praying for you.
And if the people I was talking to before are still here reading, I will still hold you and cry with you.

What an awesome social/psychological experiment this launch and forum have become. One wonders if the problem is a lack of information or too much information. Really, if the only thing we all had to go by was an AT&T statement that said "if you preordered at all, you will receive your phone on the 23rd,24th, or 25th, we can not guarantee which day but we do guarantee you'll get your phone" and you had no other way to track it, whether most folks would just chill and eagerly await their fedex/ups guy on those specific days.
Instead we have folks stressing out over every minutiae of the order fulfillment process including how their order is relative to others. What, someone else's phone went from state A to state B, acccck, fu%#@@king AT&T, what's going on.
I don't know if AT&T will "pull it out" and get everyone their phones in a timely fashion, but if they do, we will look back at threads like this and say to ourselves, is having more information really better for us?

I ordered mine at 8am cst 6/15/10 on premier and my order on att is 2 days behind yours 6/19/10 WTF are they doing at the service centers???? taking all the orders and putting them in a big box then shake and pick at random and ship???
Thanks. The woman seemed to know she knew what she was talking about, she said it'll go through transit overnight and be here tomorrow by 3. So excited

Okay I just got off the phone again with FedEx, because I felt I wasn't given a satisfactory answer yet about where exactly my phone is.
The first time I called FedEx a few hours ago, the woman was so friendly, but she didnt' offer my any information. Just that she knew that it was an iPhone order because of my number, and that I should just check again tomorrow.
The second lady. Her name was Rebecca. She told me she had VERY little information to offer, but told me what she had. She said that FedEx has my package, but that it has not gone through the system yet, and that it is set to go through on 6/23. I asked if this meant for delivery? and she said she really has no way to tell, but that is all the information that she has. She said it was possible, and asked that I call back tomorrow morning at 8am for further information, because it should be through the system by then, and she said that since most FedEx trucks are packed before 8am, I should know if it's on a truck for delivery or not for tomorrow.

i was just wondering if it was a bad thing that my order AT&T status has said 'shipped' for the past 3 days with a tracking number (which still doesn't work by the way), but i have received no actual email from AT&T about my iPhone being shipped.

I'm in the same boat as you. Premier site shows ordered 6/15, Regular site shows 6/17... still status 101
