This was a strange launch first the white iPhone never happened then I got so much BS from ATT about how many, debit cards etc then Apple told me they will be the only one to have white on pre order day. Now this..

If you want to contact UPS via phone instead of online call 1-800-PICK-UPS and instead of saying "track my order", say "order supplies" and do the "talk to an agent". That lead me to an agent that could explain stuff to me, eve n though i didn't have supplies to order, they still answer Q's.
They said mine is due to delivery tomorrow the 23rd. YAY!!:)
I ordered through AT&T regular btw, so there is a chance you can get yours early.
Also, if it says it is in transit to UPS Facility from Memphis, it is going to a Air Package hub in Kansas according to the Agent.

CC Temp Auth dropped off my card today no official charge yet.

OK my order status 6/16 now says "SHIPPED" 6/22 Fedex tracking # working.

My package was picked up today in Ft. Worth at 2:54pm with overnight delivery on the 23rd by 3pm.

Weight 2.0 lbs/.9 kg its TWINS!!! :p
 
I called ATT today - finally spoke with someone at about 330. Was told I would see tracking information tomorrow, and it would ship tomorrow and I'd get it between the 24th-28th. Hung up with her, checked my order status again just because, and it was still in progress but it had a ship date of today and a tracking number! About 20 minutes later, the tracking number actually worked showing it had been picked up in TX and I would get it tomorrow by 3pm! Now I just checked order status again and it does show that it was shipped!

HALLELUJAH! I ordered at 320 pm eastern time, two iphone 16gigs, and I'm a new customer.
While I am happy for you, I can't help but wonder why my FedEx number still does not work. I ordered at 2:00 AM PDT on 6/15.
 
Me too and no email however I did get a text about my iPhone on my phone today.

If you had to do it manually in the store or didn't give them your email for some reason the sales associate that did your order gets the email, not you. That happened to me and he just printed it off for me.

for me the premier site shows 6/15 and the regular site shows 6/20...im ready to scream because i feel as if i got screwed haha but the premier CSR i talked to guaranteed that i will have my phone by the 24th or 25th.


the saddest part of all...i work for at&t as an ASM :mad:
 
Now it's kinda feeling cruel.
All along I'm shown two identical orders in the ATT order view. (I only ordered one phone). I just checked the status and one of the two was finally off back order, while the other was still listed as back ordered.
I thought who cares! All I want is the one phone I ordered!
Then 5 minutes later... I check again and the one that is no longer back ordered is changed to canceled! The other is naturally still listed as back ordered.

On the bright side... I (in a strange way) actually feel better, because something actually changed on my order screen, even though I'm no closer to getting anything.

Oh well!! :)

I just wish I could get answers I mean I would call At&t but the only thing I would most likely get would be like Oh your order has been recieved and it should be okay. Should be...wow...how about it is okay and it is being shipped later today or it is going to be off backorder in a couple of hours. :(:mad:
 
I use track this for my 6 fed ex number each time I hear a ding I check it and think it has updated, nope just email.

Question

How is everyone getting the flight information for the FedEx planes?

My FedEx number hasnt updated :(
 
I still had no tracking number when I went to sleep last night. Woke up at 3, so what better to do than to check again. (It's ingrained, a habit at this point). To my surprise, there was now a UPS tracking number assigned, but status was still "In Progress" and shipped column was still "0".

By the time I got to work at 8:15, my status had changed to "Shipped" with "1" in the shipped column.

However, UPS tracking number still isn't recognized. (Not surprising, since they said it could be 24-72 hours before the tracking number is recognized.) I phoned my local AT&T store who claim that I should be good for picking it up on the 24th; I suspect it'll actually arrive on the 23rd.

If they won't give it to me on the 23rd, I'll be more than happy to camp out the morning of the 24th... *assuming* my UPS tracking number becomes active at some point!
 
I've been refreshing the ATT status page every 5 seconds all day and still this is all I see ...

Lovely. They are welcoming me to my new phone with directions on how to activate my old phone. I know, I know. It's all automatic. But, still, kind of a buzz kill.
