I just want my tracking number before post #7000.
Anyone else that ordered at 5AM and spent 20 hours on the phone only to be lied to repeatedly -- justice came in the form of a $200 credit, special rate plan, and 1000 free rollover minutes -- just an FYI!
I had to call the 0500 line and ask to speak to retention though (retention handles cancellations). The regular customer care reps simply don't have the power.
