**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I have been reading this thread for awhile. But i decided to let you all know that mine has come off backorder.

I ordered a 16gb iPhone 4 in the at&t store on 7/14. It went off backorder between like 5pm and 12am on 7/26 (yesterday). No shipping info as of yet. Hopefully soon!!

Im SO stoked! :)

EDIT: I ordered 7/15 and so I feel that this is a bit early for me considering that most 7/12-7/13's just got shipping info today.

I'm in the same boat as you, except I ordered 7/23 (pretty much right when they announced another delay for white). I ordered the 32 GB model though, which has a faster turnover rate than the 16 GBs. Hopefully I'll wake up with shipping info.

For those who have shipping info or received their phones from ATT, how fast is the shipping method? There was no selection when I ordered, and I'd hate to wait for ground shipping even though I was willing to pay for faster service.

i work at fedex, if tracking info says its in memphis there is a pretty good chance you may get it tomorrow because a box gets scanned when its leaving the facility, and the trucks leave as soon as they are loaded

thanks andrew, i just checked it and it said it left memphis at 317am but it has an estimated delivery date of the 28th, its only coming from memphis to atlanta which is a 6 hour drive do the packages ever come an entire day early

it probably takes atlanta a day to get it on a local truck to be delivered to your house or the at&t store, so the date is probably pretty accurate. Be grateful though haha mine is still backordered :cool:
 
early orders

oh ok cool... well i hope it comes today since its only about a 7 hour drive that would put it here around 11am i cant seem them holding my phone for a day and its only 11am and im in the same city, and its scheduled 2nd day air, so theyre not flying it, and are there cases where people have gotten there phones a day early

If Fedex is showing the 28th...It will be the 28th. I deal with FEDEX everyday and the tracking is accurate. I have never gotten a package a day early unless it is coming from out of country and the customs delay is shorter than expected.

I am hoping on the same thing but I have seen where my package has gotten to the local DC a day early and it sat there until the delivery date. I'm sorry, I want mine too and I feel from Memphis, TN to Augusta, GA is only an 8 hour drive but UPS will rarely deliver it early than what it is dated.

(Ordered 7/13, Expected delivery date 7/28, 11 business days)

It sucks I ordered mine on premier on June 15 and got it on launch day but I reealized that premier order takes 2 days to get in fulfillment system and store order hits the fulfillment system the minute you order them. I returned my first 32GB black for white one now white is screwed till year end so ordered a black one again! Good luck!
 
Ordered 7/23

Hi all,

Just to add to the discussion... ordered 32GB via ATT website, regular customer, on 7/23 in the afternoon. Just checked this morning and off backorder and tracking info shows delivery tomorrow on 7/28 to PA.

Okay. I officially hate premier. I ordered 7/23 in the morning and am still on backorder.
