I ordered my 16gb 7/23 and expected shipping date is 8/13 with arrival date of 8/18...thing is i'm flying out on the 13th and don't want to miss the package. Is there any chance that it makes it to my house by the 13th even though its 5 days early....I ordered from the apple online store btw

**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I got my two 16GB iphone 4 from local Apple store (Chandler, AZ) on Friday evening.They have both version in stock.
Canceled my AT&T premier order this morning, the premier support is not working on weekend. (order placed on July 24, still in back order as of this morning, new lines).
Check your local Apple store if you don't want to wait any longer...
can you still get your premier discounts through the apple stores? i was under the impression that you had to go to an att store for premier if you dont order through the web.
also, do they waive your activation fee if you go to apple with your premier discount?

I ordered mine on the 29th, says it won't ship out until late August (19th or something like that).
Basically, should I really not get my hopes up for it arriving earlier than the 24th (the date it says it should be delivered)?

you were able to pick up the iphones at the apple store while still having an open order with at&t?
My premier contract do not waive activation fee for iphone, other than that, I suppose to get the discounted service fee once I register my iphones bought from Apple on the premier website, according to the Premier support agent. I have already registered my phones, and can see the discount on the voice plan now, but can't see if the data plan got the same discount as order from the premier website, will know once the bill comes in. Hope it will be discounted as they promised.

SWEET!! It's only my guess, but I'd say if you didn't order that 32 along with the other two, you would've been waiting longer.
I ordered on the 25th (non - premier, 3 16GB's) and have yet to come off back-order.

i ordered mine 7/29 but dont want to wait 3 weeks. i ordered in-store at at&t. Somehow apple.com still says my number is eligible for a discount today. If I goto an apple store who has them in stock you guys think they'll let me buy one at the discounted price or am I wasting my time? I don't want to cancel the existing order unless I have an ip4 already
I ordered a 16GB on 7/28, so I guess I'll be waiting a while now. Kind of sucks since my old iPhone 3G got wet and doesn't work anymore. I'm not even using a smart phone right now, -_-.

From what I've been reading the last few weeks, its pretty hit or miss there. I think they're supposed to have a sig, but I've also seen reports of them being left at front doors and being stolen. I'm a bit concerned about this myself as I'll actually be leaving town just a few hours before my phone is supposed to arrive (just my luck.) And its always a major pain in the ass to go and pick it up from the hub. I think they'll make at least 2 attempts to deliver before they make you come pick it up yourself though.
