ATT & Premier both say shipped. ATT's carrier says null, Premier is Fedex.

My card still has no charges on it, lol.

Why does mine start with letters, and yours dont?

My 2 orders also start with EXTP; ordered on 6/15 through Small Business Phone Number, My AT&T status shows ordered on 6/15 and still shows 1's for backordered on both phones!! Getting a bit anxious.

I first called at 8AM on the 15th and thought I was done; only to call back and find out nothing was in there system; I finally completed the order around 1:00 EDT on the 15th

I think I have Apples next marketing campaign, take all 70+ pages of this forum thread and just run it on TV.....
 
I ordered my upgrade through the Premiere Online website on the 15th at 5:00pm... Last Thursday, I had a BRIGHT RED ! warning saying they needed to validate some information, I called on Friday and they said check back today.. today I called, and they informed me its processing fine, and will be shipped on the 24th... at least that's what the lady said on the phone...

Similar situation, except my card was charged (but the transaction is not finalized).

Safe to say that 6807x orders are ATT.com orders from around 4-6pm EST?

Could be, but there's not enough info to say that conclusively. With so little info and so much anticipation it's tempting to draw conclusions but hard to say what the rhyme or reason is for anything that's happening atm.

Oh, and to be clear I've had the amount of the two phones as pending since 6/16, but the funds haven't actually been withdrawn from my account yet.

One more bit of data, I'm a new account subscriber.
 
Just got an email saying that my order has been shipped. The email was sent at 7:41am PST, today (6/21).

As is with everyone else, when clicking on the tracking number, it doesn't appear on FEDEX's system yet.

I pre-ordered my 16gb iphone4 at around 1:40am PST on 6/15.

I'm a premier customer.

My order number through the regular site starts with: 3027-
My order number through the premier site starts with: 101
 
This is just so frustrating. I wish there was some rhyme or reason to how updates are being made. :mad:



My current status for a 32G:
Premier Order Date/Time: 6/15 8:18 am EST with email confirmation
Premier Order Status: Processing, last updated 6/16
Regular Order Status: 6/15 order date, In Progress, Backordered
Phone Order Status: Backordered
 
I noticed someone say they haven't seen anyone with premier say they have shipped. I am wondering if this has to do with the delay in updating from the premier part of AT&T to the standard order status portion. I know last Tuesday that it was later in the day before the phone showed up on the premier site.

Then I saw the post two above mine that says he is a premier customer.

It's not just a phone dude. My life depends on it. There are Serbian mobsters holding my family captive and will only release if they can get the new iPhone on release day.

This may be fun and games to folks like you, but it's serious business for those of us with loved ones live on the line. Show some respect.

I wish people would provide more info than just "I am premier". There are lots of details people are interested in:

1. Premier or regular?
2. What time did you order?
3. What are the two order dates you have (Business order and regular order)
4. Were your items ever back-ordered? When?
 
I'm a Dad. I'm losing my mind over this. I will be so at peace once this is all resolved !!!
