I ordered mine at 11:45 EST on Premier.
Regular status: in process
Premier status: back ordered
So i just talked with an ATT Premier rep on the phone. She said as long as I didn't get a cancel order email from them, the phone should arrive on 24 (regardless what the status page says). She said they will "start shipping them out on 23."

My premier order shows 15th and it also shows 15th on the regular ATT site... But I ordered mine at t-plus 45 minutes (12:45am PST).
Looks like others have posted already. Sorry I was in the tunnel going into Penn station and wanted to get that out before losing signal and heading into mtgs!
Order was placed around 10:30am eastern on 15th. I have another order placed around 5:40pm easter on the 15th that has not shipped.
Anybody have the number that allows me to cancel the order?
I just got an email from Apple reminding me to pickup the phone on launch day. I am just going this route. I am not dealing with this waiting game. I am still backordered, and ordered on the "16th"

For Premier customers looking to cancel pre-orders, my understanding is that you must call 1-866-499-8008.
Seems from what I've read in this thread, your order date indicates which batch you are in.. If you order date is after the 15th, you may be in the 2nd batch.. Has anyone else found this to be the case with their orders who hasn't reported in?

Ordered 32GB Black on the 15th @ about 12:10pm CST online for shipping to my house.
Got the email 3 minutes later that states this:

Premier site says "Processing" and ordered on the 15th.
Account order status says "backordered" for shipping, SIM and phone and ordered on the 16th. Order number is: 6166-21XXXXXXXX
Called Premier order status line, waited on hold for 17min.
Spoke with "Amanda".
She told me that her screen shows my phone is "activated" to my name and I will should receive my phone on the 24th. When I asked her how confident she was in that statement, she told me pretty confident. I told her what the site says and she told me that it "should" update sometime today reflecting what she says.
I flirted with her for a little bit and made her laugh a few times to get her to look further into my status and maybe that's why she went the extra mile to find out where exactly my order was. *shrugs*, dunno. By the way, Amanda is from Pennsylvania, likes long walks on the beach and enjoys thunderstorms...
Anyway, hope that helps someone...

People ordered at 3 and have shipping info before some of us early morning people? LOL what are a horrible system
Does anyone know the number where they were able to successfully cancel this order? I have heard the regular number will just tell you they cannot cancel the order. Let me know if you know it.
I am getting prepped to make the call this evening. I would rather just pick it up at Apple on Thursday, at least I know 100% I will get it that day.

Your in the system right? You'll get it! Why does it HAVE to be thursday. Crazy that some folks are so insane over this that they will cancel an order so they can take another risk at having one in hand on the day.
Premier......I do have one on hold at the Apple store......I'm seriously considering calling....canceling this order....and going there to pick that one up. I just got my email notification from Apple that my phone will be waiting for me.

What risk am I taking? I can go down the road and pick one up on Thursday where it is guaranteed and reserved for me, or I can sit here and wait around for AT&T to send it to me whenever they want?
I have the day off so what is wrong with cancelling my preorder to pick up a RESERVED phone?
I am thinking we should start a backordered list with your "Date Ordered" that appears on your status and once you get shipping info you can enter Yes for shipped and the date your status changed. Just Cut and Paste the list and add your name. If this is a bad idea feel free to let me know:

So I just got off the phone with AT&T premier and they said that whoever ordered their phones on the 15th BEFORE 1:30EDT will receive their device ON the 24th. Anyone AFTER 1:30EDT will be put in a bracket of delivery from June 24th - July 5th.

ok so that makes about 3 different things we have heard about that...and some people who ordered at 5:30 pm already have shipping info
