mine just changed! :D w00t! i got the tracking number! but it still says in progress :Di dont care tho now i know im getting it on the 24th! :D
 
- I ordered at 8:15am PST on the 15th.
- Upgrading 3 lines - 2 x 16g , 1x 32g

- I have still received no confirmation email
- No charge ever on my Amex.
- My order number starts with 5051.

Everything still shows as "In progress"

Does anyone know how to confirm your shipping address? During the ordering process, I specified a shipping address different than the one I have for billing. (which is my old residence) I just want to make sure the system didn't mess up and AT&T ships to the address I specified. Went to the AT&T store, said they couldn't help. Tried calling the Premier line, and it's been busy.

They're the only ones who can verify, but getting through right about now it's almost next to impossible.

registration issues

has anyone tried registering for an at&t wireless account with the number that was provided (given that you requested a new number) in the preliminary order status email? my iphone order status is shown as "shipped," but when i try to register i get the error message "R314: Online account management is no longer available for this cancelled account. If you feel you've reached this message in error, call Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500." Might this be accessible only upon activation of the phone?

probably were the given the number of an old At&t account that was canceled. Wait 'til you activate your phone.

Ordered on the 15th at 3:30 EST, showed the 16th as the order date, and order # begins with 6808. Card still has not been charged.

Great idea with the lemonade stand, hah. My brother will be at my house all day Thursday so I have no need to stay home, it worked out perfect. :D

I requested that they ship it to my work/billing address, but when I checked back with the AT&T store where I ordered it, it looks like it is being shipped directly to the store and not to my office. I am going to have to fight the crowds and go back into the store to pick it up.

People ordered at 3 and have shipping info before some of us early morning people? LOL what are a horrible system :confused:

Does anyone know the number where they were able to successfully cancel this order? I have heard the regular number will just tell you they cannot cancel the order. Let me know if you know it.

I am getting prepped to make the call this evening. I would rather just pick it up at Apple on Thursday, at least I know 100% I will get it that day.
 
I think I might call the local fedex hub and offer $50 to the driver to come here first... Delivering to a rural area in the mountains of NC, so that might work!

or maybe I should offer moonshine.... ;)

I've requested a half day Thursday. Hopefully FedEx comes no later than 12 because that's the time I had planned on leaving.
 
I ordered 2 at 10 am Alaska time from my local A T & T store in Anchorage. That would be 2 pm EDT.

Both phones are showing 'shipped 6/19' with FedEx tracking numbers.

This gives me some hope since I ordered at 2:43 pm EDT but no shipping info. Still backorder.

My boat, my boat! I ordered at basically the same time and my order begins with 6808 also.

I can't cross my fingers and harder.
 
My order number begins with 5051. What does that mean? I ordered at around 9am EST on the 15th, regular ATT, Online, never backordered, hold dropped and order date says 16th.

Oh, and last name starts with "c".
