Ordered 32GB Black on the 15th @ about 12:10pm CST online for shipping to my house.
Got the email 3 minutes later that states this:

Pre-orders will be fulfilled beginning June 24, 2010. Orders will ship on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you by email when your order ships. Your order may be subject to AT&T eligibility and credit requirements. If we have any questions about your eligibility or your order, we will contact you via email.
Premier site says "Processing" and ordered on the 15th.
Account order status says "backordered" for shipping, SIM and phone and ordered on the 16th. Order number is: 6166-21XXXXXXXX
Called Premier order status line, waited on hold for 17min.
Spoke with "Amanda".
She told me that her screen shows my phone is "activated" to my name and I will should receive my phone on the 24th. When I asked her how confident she was in that statement, she told me pretty confident. I told her what the site says and she told me that it "should" update sometime today reflecting what she says.
I flirted with her for a little bit and made her laugh a few times to get her to look further into my status and maybe that's why she went the extra mile to find out where exactly my order was. *shrugs*, dunno. By the way, Amanda is from Pennsylvania, likes long walks on the beach and enjoys thunderstorms...
