AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

I ordered thru AT&T and I hope I get the phone, they had issues charging a credit card that I have plenty of room on, I've had to call twice on it, and I've alternated between getting messages that is being processed to the warehouse , to call for payment clarification, only to call and be told its ok, so its a crap shoot.
Hahaha!!! 14-21 days it will ship, they clearly told you, no chance for the 14th. Everyone getting it the 14th got an email saying the 14th
I am a premier customer. I placed my order over the phone. I have not recieved any emails about my terms and conditions, but i have recieved a confirmation email. It says my order is confirmed and it will arrive on or around the 14th.
Should i call and find out about the terms and conditions?

I ordered two iPhones via the AT&T website before 5:00 am Eastern from AT&T's website. I received two order confirmation emails from AT&T. Later that morning, I received a phone call from my credit card company that AT&T ran a $1 charge, followed by the actual charge, for each phone. Coupled with the fact that it came through an internet purchase, they decided it was a fraudulent charge and denied it. Apparently all additional submissions by AT&T were denied.
I called AT&T Friday morning and they re-submitted the charges for both phones and said they went through.
On AT&T's website, they show that I bought two iPhones under each order number. One shows that it is backordered and the other shows that the payment was not made/processed/received.
I continue to receive emails from AT&T relating to (non) payment for one of the order numbers.
I have called AT&T three times since Friday morning and I have been told that payment was properly processed for both order numbers. There is really no explanation for the inconsistent emails (one of which was sent this morning while I was on the telephone with the AT&T CSR). There is no explanation for the website showing two phones for each order number.
This morning's CSR said that my phones will be shipped based on the order time (not the payment processing time), both of which was before 5:00 am Eastern on Friday. She said I have a good chance of being in the first shipment, which will go out on Friday. I specifically asked "received" or "shipped" and she said that the if I am in the first shipment, they will be shipped on the 14th so there is no way I will receive it on the 14th. She said this is for all AT&T orders.

i'm guessing i might have over looked the apple store preorder thread, but i ordered two at&t phones thru apple and both of mine shipped this morning from china
I've noticed that it's mostly white iPhones that are on backorder....my black is in process but my white is "backordered"
Me too! I ordered two and I just waiting for the shipping info!! How many times do they need to confirm order?
I placed my order through AT&T Premier @ 4:25am CST and got an email confirmation right away. The confirmation said I would receive the phone on Friday the 14th.
I called to add Applecare + because it wouldnt let me do it online for some reason, and they said I had to go to the store to add it, but I had 30 days from purchase to add it (which I think is wrong....).
She also said it would be 17-21 days before I got my phone, so who knows. Seems like everyone is hearing something different.
My status is still on backorder, BTW.

Mine still says backordered 1, but it says the same on two dumb phones I also ordered, so I think its the system hasnt been updating quickly. Its running a bit slow. I wonder why?...

It could be because in reality it's only been 1 business day.
