Actually, I just got an email that both are canceled. Looks like the shipping address different from the billing address issue. This will ALWAYS be different for me... UGH!

Only if the package is still in the warehouse or somewhere where they can change it before it ships. If the package is in route you will most certainly not be able to do this.

i am most probably not going to be getting my phone tomorrow though i ordered over the phone friday morning.
i have another member on my family plan who is eligible for a full upgrade. if i use that upgrade in an apple store tomorrow and get a phone, can i simply put my sim in that new phone and when mine arrives put his sim in my original phone?

btw, since we were in a similar situation - Crystal with Premier Support made it clear to me that it goes by the day the order was placed, not the day it was received by AT&T. Ex. I placed our orders on 10/7, AT&T processed it on 10/8, and there's a 10/10 date in there somewhere too. She assured me (for whatever that's worth at this point) that because my orders were placed on 10/7 our phones would be at our house on 10/14. My wife's order is showing shipped - picked up 10/13 at 6:27am CDT, info sent to FedEx 10/13 at 7:14 am CDT - seems backwards to me but it does say that estimated delivery is 10/14 by 3 pm. bummer because we'll be in dallas tonight. if only we could pull over the truck on i-35.
but hey, she has her tracking number so happy wife, happy car ride.

Mine has been in Louisville since yesterday at 9 am. Asked UPS if I could just pick it up, but they said that only the sender can update the delivery option before the 1st delivery attempt.
Mine is shipping via UPS. Their website states you can have it held at the facility for pickup. Since I have to work, I'm tempted to do this, but I'm afraid they'll hold it in Texas or it'll get messed up some other way. Is anyone else going to request UPS hold it since they will be at work Friday?
I ordered my two 4S's on Friday around 10:00. My order has never shown up on AT&T's website. I called Tuesday and they said that there systems are all jammed up and I may never see my order online, but my order was still open. I didn't get my accepting of "terms and conditions" until 8:00pm Tuesday night. Got an order acceptance on Wednesday, but no status beyond that. Credit card not charged, no sign of a tracking number or anything.
I may cancel my pre-order and take my chances at the stores.

I now have $320.89 more in my checking account than yesterday. My iPhone purchase has disappeared and I've been credited. Still on back order after an early 7th order.

Yes absolutely you can order an iPhone upgrade on one eligible line then swap SIM's to use that phone on another line. I've done this twice so far and am doing it again this time.can anyone shed some light on this for me:

If you look at my previous post... I talked to a CSR and then a manager earlier. He said there is a shipment going out today FedEx Overnight Priority. It should ship before 4:30PM for tomorrow delivery. Lets Hope!
