thats just not fair haha

i dont really care either way cause mine is shipped and im receiving it tommorrow, but thats just WRONG, people that ordered first should get there phone first, so your rewarded for dragging your feet, and the person really wants there phone gets screwed
 
What about standard overnight? Is this the same as overnight businesses?

What I meant is that businesses who ordered for overnight delivery to their business will receive packages first while residents who ordered overnight will receive theirs after
 
1-866-391-0749 seems to have more up-to-date information than either the website or 611. It was telling me "Order sent to warehouse for processing" while the website and 611 were still showing "Backordered."
 
Pending means "not shipped"
Backordered means "out of stock"

you might fall into that 2-3 week catagory Fonz, (but I hope I'm wrong)
ATT rep says its backordered, site says "pending shippment"
Use the link on the left, you don't have to login. Just enter your phone number, or the order number from the AT&T email. It gives me different information.

Add me to the list of pre-orders that are still backordered. A white 64 and black 64. Ordered at my local AT&T store on 10/7 at about 0930 Hawaii time, which is before the supposed 5pm EST cutoff. Kills me to see all these people with tracking numbers and such. For all I know, my phones are still in pieces yet to be assembled in China. We'll see...

I ordered a White 64GB phone from att.com at about 3:45AM EST, and mine is going to be delivered tomorrow.

I got my order to go through 15 min later (you mean EDT right? haha) yet no shipment

Ha, ha.... that message has been there for a week on every order. Just there to keep you from bothering their busy reps.....


I'm still backordered and SOL. :(
 
Anybody know any other sites that show updates for tracking (FedEx)? PackageMapping is showing me the same as FedEx.com and it hasn't been updated seven hours or so now.
 
I also spoke with a fed ex rep and they said that if nodbody signs after the first attempt it gets dropped off at a near fed ex location when the driver is done with there run and it can be picked up that night. in my case the store is open till 8... so thats what i plan on doing tomorrow

I ordered over the phone at 8:45 am cst on the 7th. Have not been able to check order status over automated phone number or website. Called today and told 21-28 days til it ships. Could not be happier with ATT.
 
Yes they will have approx 50 phones per store. Depending on the area the store services of course.


So my wife called me a half hour ago, "I want a white 32g 4s" she says :rolleyes:

I just called my buddy Robert who works at the att store in town, he told me he would "put one aside so that she can pick it up after work tomorrow".
(of course I'll set him up with a few free dank nugs, for his effort) ;)

If you're friendly with the employees and make friends with them, you have an advantage :D

But im pretty sure regardless thats where all the orders are stored if they failed to be delivered, until departing on the next business day, whether you request it or not.
 
Everyone who has tracking numbers are in an overnight priority status. They are guaranteed to receive it by tomorrow.

There is a minority that does not have any tracking info and is eventually lost.

Get over it whiners.

Stop harassing the UPS/FedEX/ AT&T CS reps, they are just as clueless as your momma.
 
I am noticing a trend that irrespective of location and time... folks who ordered ATT in-store on 10/7 are still on back order (including me) ..

Could ATT be receiving some of these phones and repurposing them for Walk-in customers tomorrow? Since we are already in ATT's stranglehold ?

I think this is getting rediculous~ No signs of progress what so ever!!! If it has to be next week so it be, but at least give me some XXXXXXg CLUE MAN!!!
