Hmm, I finally got it to work for mine. It's showing up using my Order Number and zip code. HOWEVER, it is my OLD zip code, as I changed my address when I ordered over the phone. Apparently that didn't actually happen in the ATT system (even though they MANUALLY did it). If you recently changed your address, try the old zip code. Order number + old zip and I got confirmation that there is a package, but no actual tracking info yet.

anyone who ordered over the phone and got their TC email on sunday or monday get shipping info? i know there was a couple earlier, but anyone get their tracking # today after being left in the dark? thanks!
 
Congrats! And that's a good sign for others still waiting.

FWIW, it shipped UPS, the tracking number doesn't work on UPS.com (yet), and using the order number/mobile number in "Track by Reference," "Mail Innovations" method wasn't working for me at all (and still doesn't).

Hopefully anyone else who was in my situation gets an update soon.

Ordered by phone on Friday around 1 pm PST. Got T&C email Sunday. Cannot check status online. Credit Card per-authorization was there... now it's gone. No charge in it.
Called CR at AT&T, told me it's going to ship today or tomorrow. No tracking info yet...

I don't understand why the holding on the CC is gone. Someone here said it's a good thing...

ordered on phone friday 11am pst, t&c on saturday at 8am, couldn't track the order at all until now

they held money on my debit card friday and then today it got put back into my account. when i got home from work it was gone again. and just a little bit ago i got my tracking number. so maybe it's a good thing and they only release the hold and then charge it once they ship it
 
I tried the reference on the ups site a couple times...funny thing is when I put all my info in I get nothing found. However some were saying to try again a couple times, well I accidently put an extra digit on my zip and pressed enter, volia, there it was. So try with 6, 0's as your zip. It worked with my phone number and order number. Maybe they have the package and a shipping label hasn't been printed yet? I dunno, but better then that error of no package found, lol.

Try putting it under package, getting the no package found and then picking mail innovations (I had opened a second browser open trying to see how long it took to refresh and tried that and it suddenly worked).
 
I tried everything people have said, but still my account kept showing backorder...so then I sacrificed a small animal and burnt some incense and I got an email for T&C, I didn't really read it something about my soul, I just clicked agree. Then I looked back on AT&T at my order and I had tracking numbers!

Yeah, me too. I am chatting with an AT&T rep to see what's up...

EDIT: Order is active. Waiting to be shipped. This is not sounding good....

ZBoater, i've been looking at you and looks like you never got your phone. I really want to call them because im really mad... but at the same time i tell myself not to call them. Listen my friend, forget about calling them, these reps gave millions of different answers and let me tell you, all you can trust is yourself and hoping god is on your side and with a little bit of luck we might get it tomorrow or next week sometime.
So far i have heard answers like:
(4-5pm cut time, 14-21 days, 21-28 days, tomorrow, 4-5 weeks, 3-4 weeks, will not receive it tomorrow, will receive it tomorrow, will be fine tomorrow, etc etc etc etc etc............) FORGET IT~ sit back and take a chill pill, and wait........ Trust me, i cannot chill down too, but ... maybe it's time for a sleeping pill for me~ lol
