That goes for me 3 with it being day 14 today. I have 2 orders placed on Oct 7th at around 11am in Cali. Order number in the 80s and still "Pending Shipment" on both.
Called and tried to cancel, but since I ordered at the store, AT&T said I needed to cancel at the store.
Went the store, tried to see if they have any 4S's left (obviously not), and then wanted to cancel and just reserve through the Apple store. Then they said they aren't able to cancel either through their system. So I guess either I'm retarded, or I'm given contradictory information.
So tempted to just switch to Verizon when the 5's come out. But then there's that thing where you aren't able to use Safari when talking on the phone..... FML. I'm so sick of AT&T
