I am stuck waiting for my 32gb white 4s, and I ordered on the 7th at 9:00am. I have been contacting ATT for 14 days and have spent hours dealing with this. I contacted the BBB a few days ago and now that they are on ATT's case, they are calling me and doing everything they can top help me. They will even let me cancel my order now and I can get it elsewhere. I got the persons direct # and email so I don't have to wait for hours to talk to someone. They even are calling att and apple stores in my area to locate a phone for me. VERY REFERESHING!
Bottom line: file a complaint with the Better Business Buruea and once they feel the heat, they will help you out.
