Based on what I've read over the last few weeks, I am NEVER pre-ordering at an AT&T store again. Online (and especially Premier) are CLEARLY getting preference over us in-store fools. Which is completely unfair. When I see someone post that their order which they placed DAYS after I placed mine has shipped... well, I think a lot of you can understand how I feel.
This is indeed the lesson to be learned. The in-store people are being completely screwed.
I hate to be the "squeaky wheel" but I called and complained a few times and was able to get a $25 credit. I plan on going to my store and similarly complaining, and you may want to do the same. Watching people's orders get fulfilled that came after mine is bad enough, but watching other people get credits/free stuff for complaining while I sat around being the "good guy" was the final straw. Eff this company and eff their business methods.
