Nope, looks like the are fulfilling their orders first. I have friends who've ordered on 10/21 using premier and just got their tracking numbers today.

I ordered the 18th online through premier and im still on back order!

16 gig white!
 
:( I guess its no specific order to how they are fulfilling them.

Unfortunately...it looks pretty random.

This is my first iPhone so ive very anxious to get it in! Im hoping for this week since i have overnight shipping with premier
 
Ordered white 16GB via Premier on 10/19 and it went to 0 on B/O over the weekend at some point. Should get it this week!

Just an update - it shipped this PM - get it tomorrow afternoon. Coworker ordered a 32GB White and his is still on back order.
 
Phone came in around 11 AM this morning, and I love it. :D

Good luck to all those still waiting, you'll get it eventually just keep your heads high! I think we all learned a lesson through all of this. Screw AT&T haha I'll talk to you all later
 
Ok guys I got my phone today at exactly 3pm, lol the Fedex guy was speeding down the street to make it on time. I hope everyone still waiting gets their phone soon.

I still have useful information about the details of the cancelling process with AT&T, or did you think that only their waiting times were the problem?!

Not so. It's their POLICIES as well.

So we've got policies, ordering "fairness", their network (at least in my area), and also, that the next generation of iPhone is very much likely to have better performance on a carrier that is ahead in LTE (which is important NOW, because most people viewing this thread are about to execute a 24 month commitment.)

I think that's all relevant information to viewers of this thread, whether you LIKE the information or not.
 
My order changed to "shipping". If anyone in the MIAMI area is interested in getting my phone, I can meet you at the store and you can have my returned phone (if they allow that).

I know how frustrating it is to wait so long.

It's a 16GB black.

Received the 2nd and last phone today. 16gb white ordered 10/8 in the store before noon.

Called AT&T to activate the phone and got hung up on three times. Had to leave for work so the activation will have to wait till I get home.

So I will probably be done with these forums, at least this particular thread, anyway. Thanks to everyone for your support and camaraderie and general "we're all in it together"-ness. It's been a real help during the frustrating waiting time knowing I wasn't alone, and discovering we could track other orders from our location and see when they were shipping, etc.

I know it aint over til its over but mine is scheduled for delivery today by 3pm also. I don't think there is any order to how AT&T has done this. But hope all preorders clear soon. This has been a great thread as Davros said. It gave me something else to check constantly apart from the AT&T order status page.

I wish ATT was as fast as Speck shipping my case. Ordered a case yesterday at around noon...and it being delivered today...Didnt pay for upgraded shipping either!

Phone is still backordered...
 
Just placed my order today I had to go to an AT&T store to keep my $5 texting plan the wait time it 21-28 days :eek: O well my original upgrade date was 11/25 so I'm happy I guess :)

Agreed. Changed over to the bid Red yesterday after watching Verizon's 4s consistently beat At&T's 4s in speed inside the store. ;)
 
White iPhone 64gb pre-ordered on 10/7 at 1:55am using AT&T website. (Not premier or store)

Order confirmation said phone would be Delivered on 10/14. (HA HA HA)

Phone went off Backorder 10/27.

Phone shipped 10/28.

Phone arrived 10/31.

It's flawless. Screen looks great. The speaker sound is noticeably louder and clearer than any of my previous iPhones or iPod Touches.

I ran it down to 0 battery the first day (to reset the % indicator), charged it up overnight. So far, I don't seem to have triggered what ever causes the battery issue some people have had.

Even though the phone was late, and AT&T made no attempt to apologize, I'm still happy to have the phone. (even if it was 2 1/2 weeks late...)

Ordered on the 7th. Told I'd get it the 14th. Called CS on the 13th and they flat out told me my phone was ready and reserved in their warehouse ready to ship. No phone. Got an email a week ago from them saying it'll be delivered 14-21 days. It's been over 21 days. Just got an email today from them again saying it's "still" 21-28 days to ship.

Really? "Still"? No, you've changed it twice already - it's not "still" that length. This is the 4th flat out LIE being told to me. I can understand a delay, but people ordering 3 weeks after me are getting their phone, and being blatantly lied to? Seriously?
 
I got my 16gb phone today. Going to the store to return it tomorrow. They said I couldn't return it for another specifics person. I asked.

I had ordered on 10/10 in store; 22 days after ordering. Before the phone started shipping I reserved and got a Verizon model at the apple store and cancelled the AT&T line.
