AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

It would be helpful to everyone when you post that your status has changed to post where/how your ordered it and when.

For example, if you ordered it at 3AM over the phone or from the website. If the web, which site Apple or AT&T?

That way perhaps we can begin to see trends.

I never got an email for T&C - just went straight to confirmation email and my next ugprade elig. was moved to 5/2013 - AT&T told me the stystem shows my T&C was already accepted.

ordered over the phone with ATT friday morning

got my TC (terms and conditions) email yesterday - accepted them yesterday

got my order confirmation email this morning

called ATT to check on status - they state the order was placed yesterday and im looking at 21-28 days.

i cannot check the status online.

i hope their system is a little messed up and i get my phone by friday..

Did you order through Premier? If so, what is the order date on the PREMIER order status site? If it is on the 7th (and you ordered before 5PM EST), you will likely get your phone Friday or shortly thereafter.

I did not get one on Premier. Yet my eligibility date has been moved to Oct 10th, 2013. Perhaps only people changing something in their plan or new orders need to accept this? When going through the Premier order, I was not asked to choose any new type of plan.

You don't get a second email if you ordered online. You agreed to the terms at purchase through the online process. People that ordered in the store or over the phone would get another email.

Ah, okay, I was just madly clicking next as soon as the AT&T Business/Premier site came up so I could get my order in as fast as I could in case it went down again. I have no idea what I clicked or agreed to.

Must be nice to have any status at all. My 32GB was ordered on Saturday. Nothing shows up for me. I have called CS several times and they say the order is still valid. Nobody could tell me if I get it Friday or not. We'll see. Still have my iPhone 4 yet, so if I have to wait, I will.

Does anyone think I can still get mine on Friday?

Does anybody's status changed since Friday who orderd iPHone 4S - 32GB - White????

My order was placed by my ATT rep. at 8:15 am on Friday. I got email confirmation same time with two order number. one with EXPTB and second Shipping order - all numeric.

i can't check my order status on Premier website or business website. All says order not found.

However if i go to www.att.com/orderstatus it works.

it is saying "Back Orderd" and "Pending Shipment" since Friday. Still on Backorder - 1.

So I want to know if anybody who ordered White - 32GB - iPHone 4S has any status change yet???

Mine was the same as yours, but yesterday around 12 noon the "backordered 1" disappeared and now it just shows "ordered 1" & "pending shipment". So I guess that's a good thing although nothing has changed since then. I ordered at 3:50am EST on Friday morning. I wouldn't worry about anything yet. If I don't see any tracking by Thursday morning, then I will start to get a bit concerned. But I know some people last year that never got updated shipment info (order still showed processing) and the phones were delivered on launch day. Hopefully we won't have to go through that stress! But at least it leaves some hope in the event of no status changes.

i had to order over the phone because i dont live at the billing address. over the phone, CSR was able to override the shipping address for me.

i did it through apple last year, i believe some were able to do the same thing this year.. i should have definitely done that rather than rely on ATT

I ordered 64GB black on Fr. at the AT&T Store at 10:15am.
I signed a couple of papers, I guess the T&Cs were among those. ( Heck, who reads the stuff they sign )

My status is still Pending Shipment / Qty. Backordered.

I never received a terms and conditions email. I ordered in store on Friday and agreed to the terms and conditions before i swiped my credit card in the store.
