AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

But it's fun to try and crash the AT&T order status system when we all refresh at once.... maybe we could go for a world record of most people checking order status on a single site (with no substantial updates) at one time. :)

We could even make t-shirts to commemorate it.... something along the lines of... "I refreshed my order status 100000 times and they finally sent me my iPhone 4s".
 
Last year I pre ordered the Iphone 4 on June 15th via Premier's website.
Same as this year. That same day I received the 1st email saying they received my order. The second and last email I received was notification of shipment at 8:50pm on the 21st. It delivered on the 24th at 11am. When I pulled up the old FEDEX tracking number there is only one entry "delivered". Hopefully I receive it on time this year too.

Just got the same email. Ordered via AT&T website at 6am EDT 10/7. My status is showing pending like everyone else. Credit card has a pending transaction.

No need to worry att customers

I have a friend who works at att shipping. Everyone who ordered online at att.com has standard shipping that is 2-3 days and will be sent out tomorrow or Thursday at the latest if you live close. Anyone who ordered before 5pm on Friday will receive the iPhone 4s on Friday at the usuall time that your mail will arrive. Some will be fed ex and some ups but it will be at your shipping address on Friday no overnight only standard 2-3 day shipping.
 
quick question if i can to check my order and i ask them to check on my aunts order too without having all her account info but i have the order number

Do you known where they ship from?
 
Premier tells you how it will ship pretty much in the status page...

Shipping Carrier:
Unless you are an employee of UPS, USPS or DHL, your shipment should ship via FedEx.

It's just as easy to edit the AT&T order status... Took me about 2 minutes:

Just spoke with an AT&T Rep....She informed me that my phones were not scheduled to ship until the 14th, the proceeded to tell me that my phones were still on schedule to be delivered on the 14th. My AT&T status still says "Pending". Needless to say, I am very confused.
 
Diffrent OS Same issue...

:( I ordered the IPhone 3s 8gb through AT&T online because I wanted to give Apple a try .. seeing how I have had a blackberry, android, and windows phones. It seem that only AT&T is having issues with the Apple IPhone. I can understand the wait times for the IPhone 4S but why the out dated version 3S? :confused:

These guys both just registered, and are likely the same person. Ignore these posts.

You're not the first to say that. The person I spoke to told me that I should expect it to be delivered in 21-28 days even though I ordered at 3:11 am central time. I really don't think they know what they are talking about. Heck, they might just be bums off the side of the road that they hired for this.
 
Just spoke to an ATT rep.

Told her I never got a confirmation e-mail and so forth. She said that the order went through fine, has been processed, and will be shipped to me the 14th.

Just so you guys can compare, my different order status pages say backordered, pending and processing. I'm guessing ATT reps have more updated info.

So happy!

While I understand you're trying to filter out spam/fake posts, and I did just register, I assure you I did not create multiple accounts.

Yes att has distribution centers all over the us. Yours will be shipped from the one closest to your location. No need to worry as long as you made the cutoff it'll be in your hands Friday. Now leave the CS reps alone please lol

Yes I did just register, and no, I am not the same person as the original poster. I truly did get the same email. Sorry if you don't believe me! :eek:
