I ordered a 64GB White and I have a tracking number through UPS when I use the site: https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/

I haven't recieved an email saying it shipped, the order status link that I got from my premier account still says "Pre-Order" and not "Shipped", my ATT account order status page still shows "Processing"...but when I use that link up there and search on my telephone number, I see a UPS tracking number in there.

UPS can't find it, though....but I know it's moving at least now.
 
My white 64 GB has UPS tracking number and says shipped on the order status page now. UPS Tracking number does not work yet. Last night a rep said both phones would be overnighted Fed Ex, they must not know anything. I haven't received a shipping email but the other order I placed within minutes for a White 32 GB hasn't shipped yet. I placed the orders on AT&T Premier right at 5AM Est.
 
Now this is making me worry. I'm a premier customer too and I ordered two hours before you, but it says on the AT&T order status that I ordered the 9th. Did your's say that too? On premier it says the 7th though...this is so bizarre. :confused:

AT&T status says order date 10/8. Premier says 10/7.
 
Shipped!

I received an email at 7:37 a.m. EST today with my shipping notification and FedEx tracking number. I ordered on Friday, October 7 at my local AT&T store at approximately 10:30 a.m.

The tracking number is not yet active in the FedEx system so fingers crossed.

64GB black.

btw, I have Oct 9th as well, ordered on 7th. Still backordered.

Back ordered

I ordered a 64 GB Black 4s at 12:30 PM EST at an AT&T store on the 7th. Still showing back ordered/ In Progress. All you early birds are ahead of me. Sigh. I guess can wait. Planning to give my wife my 4 and get rid of her 3G. What a freakin' dinosaur that is! LOL
Off topic question: If anyone knows the proper steps in switching phones between us, I'd love to know. Do I back up the 3G and 4, then switch SIM cards before I try to sync the new phone and the current 4 to our respective computers? Or switch the SIM cards after resyncing the phones on our respective computers? I'd go to the AT&T store, but it might be crazy there by the time I get the new phone delivered.
 
Premier just keeps telling me that my order has been activated and waiting for shipment from the warehouse
 
Mine says shipped on 10/9/11

fed ex tracking # "cant be found yet".

But at least it sounds like the wheels are in motion. Im done stressing till Friday.



btw. Ordered On line, ATT at 5:55 last Friday am
 
I think AT&T is just dealing with too much right now to get everyone's order status updated properly. All we can do now is wait and see!

Well, I was sorely mistaken. After waiting on hold for over an hour, AT&T told me that "due to the abnormally high number of orders, your order will be shipped in 14-21 business days." This didn't sit well, seeing as I had an e-mail confirmation dated Oct. 7, 7:35am saying it would be delivered on the 14th. I cancelled my order, and will be up early to stand in line Friday morning!

Ordered at 2:30pm 10/7. Through ATT online. No premier.

Just changed from Pending to Shipped and I have a UPS tracking number. In NYC. Tracking number not updated in UPS yet so can't confirm delivery date.

in my mind, i am assuming if i do not get my tracking # today, i will not get the phone friday.

i can assume that ATT has different systems for online orders, and phone orders. phone orders cannot be checked online for a status, and i think only one member has gotten a tracking #. i hope i get that shipped email today like everyone else :)

does any one's order starting with EXTPB OR N098-O-XXXXX OR shipping order# 609XXX got shipped yet?

I ordered with my ATT Rep at 8:15am on Oct 7th and just chaged status from backorder 1 to 0 now.

So I am not sure if it will be shipped before friday now or not?

I can't track order on my premier site or by phone only way i can track it 611 which says "your order is being processed"

rest of all is no help from ATT....
 
I ordered my 4s before 4am on the 7th. I called at&t today and he said none of the 4s's will be delivered the 14th and to wait 10 business days after the 14th to get them. x_X
