Margaret Moss: The orders placed before 5:30 PM ET on 10/7/11 are set to be shipped today. We are still processing the orders, this means that your device could still be mailed out today if it was ordered before 5:30 PM ET.
Margaret Moss: Once the order is ready for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
you: It was ordered before 5:30 PM, early that morning, but My acceptance email is date 10/7/11 at 9:56 PM
Margaret Moss: I understand. If you do not receive a confirmation email for the shipment of the device in the next 24-48 hours, you may not receive the device for 21-28 days. I am very sorry.
you: Are phone orders delayed and if so why?
Margaret Moss: If you placed your order before 5:30 PM ET on 10/7/11 you will receive the order by 10/14/11. If you placed the order after 5:30 PM ET it make take 21-28 business days to receive the phone. Due to the high volume of orders some orders could not be processed until 10/8/11.
you: Since I placed my order on the phone before 5:30 PM, is that considered the time I placed the order even though I didn't receive my confirmation until 9:56 PM?
