AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

That's okay. I just noticed a typo on my post. I typed "that'w" instead of "that's".
Spellcheck always seems to flag and correct what I don't want changed and ignores the typos I'd like to have it flag and change.
I'm sure that we, both, will be pleased with the fit when we get our 6s Plus phones.
Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question but I have 2 lines on my AT&T account. I ordered the 6s+ for line one through AT&T's website but then saw that it's not going to be delivered until mid-October. So then I ordered the 6S for line two through Apple's website & it has an expected delivery date of Sept. 25. My question is, can I use the 6s on line one even though I ordered it for line two? Any info would be appreciated.
Yes. When you go to activate your phone it will ask you which line of your account to activate it to. If anything has changed though with the activation process since last year.. and it were to look like you were being forced onto the other line - you can always just put the SIM card from the phone of the line you want - into your new phone and it will activate to that line.

What I have done is I went to my AT&T account and changed my address there put in my work address and saved. I then placed an order on apple.com. So Now it is set to deliver on my work address. So this shouldn't be an issue? (Sorry if this has been asked multiple times).
I placed an order last night and yes I'll have to wait 3-4 weeks. Estimated between 10/14-10/21 but I'm not in a rush and I can wait patiently for it. Just that I'm worried whether or not this would cause problems with delivery.

That's worked for me in the past. I wouldn't think Apple would grab a new shipping address when they ship but since I don't work for Apple I can't guarantee it! LOL. if it were me I'd call Apple for my own peace of mind.
Right as Apple.com connects to the carrier's server and pulls information from there so I would assume this would be okay. I'm just like 15% worried that it may not work, but I will have a chat with apple and att and see what I get.
Thanks. Have anyone else done this route and not had any issues having it delivered to your work place? The only thing is I'm not the primary account holder so it will be in my wife's name but I did notify manager and she said she is fine with this.
Plus if it's from fedex it's an indirect signature so I'm pretty sure anyone can sign off on this? What about UPS? I know that if I do place a hold for pick up then my wife would be the one to pick up.
The pending charge fell off of my account last night. It should reappear when they ship it out correct? Not worried, just making sure I understand the procedure.
Yes it will reappear when they ship it. They just do this to make sure you have enough to put a hold on

LOL it seems like I'm the only one who still has the charge pending on my card! *double checks again* YUP still there!
I think mine is as well, I am not concerned about that at all. These companies tend to have 0 issue taking my money.
I see people in the apple.com thread's credit cards are being charged now. When should we start seeing some activity? Hopefully soon!
Isn't it kind of early for people cards to be charged? I would think they would start early next week sometime.
I am not sure. the pending charge just fell off of my account this morning/last night. I am not expecting any activity till next week though.
My pending charge fell off as well, which kind of worries me because I had to manually approve the charge the first time due to a fraud alert. Once the charge goes back on, is it possible for it to trigger another fraud alert or should it be okay since it's already been approved once? (Capital One by the way..)

I have the 6 and since I have the watch I figured I could do the 6s plus. Just wish I had ordered through Apple. My dad decided to go through Apple when he saw the dates for AT&T. I was told some conflicting info from AT&T so I didn't think I could do it through Apple and I didn't want to risk it.
