I ordered the same phone on the same day from myatt.com from a Costco link. Ship date also October 24. No updates or any information from ATT. This phone is an upgrade to an existing line. I think that ATT is prioritizing shipments for new lines or new customers over upgrades for existing customers. If so, we may be waiting for quite a while.Just an update. Still no movement or change in att app/website. Feeling discouraged.

Mine is an upgrade for my 14 Pro Max. If that’s true, that really sucks. I also went on the app and. Went through the steps of acting like I was going to upgrade my wife’s phone just to see what the estimated ship date would be. At the end in the cart it says it would be delivered October 3. How is it possible that if I did that for her she would get hers before I would? Just kind of crazy. If an iPhone combination in-stock then it is fulfilled overnight. However this close to the tail of the launch rush, most iPhone combinations are almost all on a Back-order status in the AT&T internal system.At the end in the cart it says it would be delivered October 3. Well guys, for those of you having trouble figuring out whether your order will eventually be delivered, I have a friend who usually shops at AT&T. Any device you order directly from AT&T is in a queue based on the combination you ordered. If you order 2 of the exact same configuration it is possible for your second order to be processed slightly before your first order since there are multiple lines where orders are pulled, and packed for shipment. Any difference would not be measured in days but at most a minutes.

They tried to charge my card I have to update it this morning it's annoying because I did not place it at AT&t but authorized retailer I have to wait an hour till they open

What configuration did she order since the date is based on configuration ordered? Did you check Apple online order to see what dates you get for a similar configuration.Is possible to cancel and order from Apple it self ?

I don't think you can do a line upgrade via Apple for a Firstnet individual. I know in the past you would need to purchase at Full Price from Apple. Is your mother the Firstnet individual or just a Family member on the Family Plan?

The line's eligibility will be reset in about 30 minutes if you are wanting to upgrade the line vs paying full price.
- Enter the requested info.
- Select the order you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel order or Cancel item.
After this you can purchase anywhere that AT&T iPhone models are sold. Apple Retail store, Apple.com, BestBuy for example.
