Try signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. That’s how i found out about my package, and that was before AT&T e-mailed me.

For me it was the opposite, At&t emailed me first and then 10 mins later I got the notification from fedex manager
Ha! Well, we know AT&T moves at its own speed. Can never tell with those guys. Lol.

Woke up to shipping notification from my FedEx Delivery Manager and from AT&T! To be delivered tomorrow around lunchtime. It’s going to be a great day!
Bingo! Shipping notification overnite w tracking number. Funny thing is, shipping started on the 29th and there was no notification plus the ATT order activity hasn’t changed from “In Progress”....

Got an email with my tracking number last night! I had original estimates of Nov 2 to Nov 10!
Because you didn’t have your package shipped. You have one day/overnight shipping being shipped today.
The tracking numbers were just a way for the phones to be traced and accounted for before they were actually shipped to us.
Most definitely. I’m hoping for speedy delivery for everyone. I wasn’t sure myself, i was in the 11/2-11/10 group.. phone finally went to Preparing to Ship yesterday... which ironically is the day my phone was picked up, according to FedEx.
Fort Worth, Texas for me as well. I was paranoid it was another package as it isn’t under my name but you confirmed it for me (the weight and shipping)

Your point is? I get tracking numbers all the time when the system generates the #.
Good morning everyone. I go online to check status still in progress still. Open email and I get my shipped email from att and they are using ups for my order.
Time to re re route package to pick up at ups store next to my job so I can pick up whenever it gets there tomorrow. So glad they used ups this time. Guess due to volume they used both fed ex and ups
A lot of fellow posters were telling to don’t lose hope as I was getting discouraged. I Hope everyone sees movement gets theirs tomorrow.

so I got shipping confirmation on my AT&T silver 256gb from UPS. When I go into the UPS app, it gives me the option of changing delivery address and then picking up at a UPS location. Is that the same as holding it at the UPS facility and then going Friday morning as soon they open? it gives several locations to deliver to, and there's one location i would like it delivered to since it's close, but it's a UPS store and not a UPS facility. Just want to make sure it will be there when they open as opposed to the driver delivering there through out the day.
I just called FedEx to see if I can have it shipped to my office or a FedEx Store since I won’t be home when it’s delivered. I was told only AT&T can change the shipping address. I was also told that if I’m not home, it won’t be left at my door. They will attempt delivery again on Monday when again I won’t be home. Does anyone know if the rep I spoke to was wrong and if FedEx will leave it at my door? Or has anyone had luck calling AT&T to get them to authorize FedEx to change the delivery address?
Finally got shipping notification with tracking number from FedEx!!!! Phone is being delivered tomorrow!!! 256GB SG IPX ordered at 3:03AM EST on 10/27
Woke up to a “your item has shipped” email. Order status still says “in progress”. And when I check *6367# I get a tracking number. I still find it odd but oh well. iPhone will be here tomorrow via UPS
