I was mistaken about all the orders going by FedEx. It seems the ones from TN are sent by UPS.Look at this the internet was right!
My phone was updated as shipped today and moved from Fort Worth, TX to Memphis via Fed Ex. Mine doesn't have the stop off in Indy like others are reporting.
Hope it's just a premier account updating lag and you'll get your phone sooner.Be glad. Ordered earlier than you at 3:34AM ET the same model (SG 256) and have a 12/4-12/18 ship estimate. Also switches back and forth between "Preparing to Ship" and "Processing" when checking status. Chat not helpful. Premier Rep clueless.

I ordered mine at 5:59 EST, no movement on “in progress 11/2-10” until yesterday late got shipped notice at 2:30 this morning. It’ll happenSigh. Ordered at 7:08am on 10/27. 256GB Silver. Upgraded. Nov 2 - Nov 10 window. Still "In Progress". Going to PA.
I guess I'll just have to be patient.
If you opted to trade in, perhaps the other tracking is for the materials for sending in your phone. If not, you get two new phones, yay!I received two tracking numbers. I only ordered one phone. lol

I've left a note before and Fedex simply ignored it.. SMH
When I log into the Delivery Manager those options are grayed out. It only lets me provide delivery instructions and request vacation hold. I would gladly pay a little extra to get a time frame!Ordered 64GB SG 10/27 at 3:04PM EST through upgrade option. D/FW TX.
Prepared to Ship two hours later.
Shipped email 11/2. at 12:37AM. FedEx text notification came Nov. 2 at 8AM. AT&T website updated to Shipped (probably) a few hours after email.
FexEx tracking says shipped Monday 10/30. 2lbs/.91kg. Schedule my delivery, deliver to another address, hold for pickup, and signature are not available. Future delivery requested and ATT website says Shipping Date was the 28th lol. They don't play.
Tip - FedEx Delivery Manager shows you an estimated delivery window. Make sure to sign up. Mine is 12:40 - 2:50 and luckily someone will be home.
I got two phone coming tomorrow. Guess I will have to stay home to catch them from Fedex.
By the way, if I paid full from ATT site, would it be unlocked by default or I have to call and get them unlocked later after activation?

Ordered SG 256GB 4:37am EST. Still in progress w/ 11/2-11/10 shipping date.
I had a chat with an agent who said ": All iPhone X with the shipment date 11/02, all the devices are expected to be shipped out today which is the start date of shipping for iPhone X, so what I suggest is to watch out for our email with the tracking number so you can track it"
Hope he/she's right!
