Received a call back from FedEx and they are operating under the assumption that the phone has been stolen, as it should have been put onto a delivery truck at 6:00am this morning. The local FedEx facility conducted a search and did not locate my package.
Not sure where to go from here. I guess I have to call AT&T and explain the situation, and then hope for a refund. Probably won't be getting a phone until mid-December now.
That really sucks. I am still waiting for a reply from UPS. Really hope it turns out okay for both of us.
