did anyone order the Space Gray on 10/27 past 4-5am 256 gig, and receive any movement? im still at in progress and I ordered at 6am eastern.

Please if you ordered the space gray 256 step up and tell us something!! so not just me but others can get solid info...

My 256GB space grey shipped from Fort Worth today. I pre-ordered on 10/28 at 2:30PM Central Time.
 
256GB Silver ordered around 10PM PST on the 27th just shipped and is being delivered tomorrow.

Yes, ordered at 11a ET, 256 Space Gray. Was delivered Monday 11/13.

Ordered space gray 256 on 10-27-17 at 6:25 am ET a premier customer with estimated ship dates December 4-18 no updates since the date ordered.

Likewise, I also ordered the space grey 256gb on AT&Ts Premier site... I ordered at a similar time (10-27-17, ordered at 8:18 am ET) and received the same estimated shipping date of December 4th - December 18th. The status has also been in progress with no update since ordering.

The wait is killing me, especially after seeing posts from people who have gotten their phones sooner and received status updates sooner when ordering even after I did. You would think they should prioritize the 'Premier' customers, or at least be on par with all AT&T customers... but this seems to be the opposite of their priorities.

I'll just be happy to receive the iPhone X maybe a week earlier than the Dec. 4th date, certainly not a week before Christmas on the 18th at the back end of my estimate. Hopefully they are underestimating and over-deliver!

I think a preorder with Premier was a negative and somehow many of the orders were put on ice or through the AT&T random number order generator. Makes no sense and no one at AT&T can offer a clue.

In our case, three phones were ordered within 30 minutes of preorder open and all are now a 12/4-12/18 ship date. Within in a few days, one of the phones (same SG 256) showed an order time that mysteriously slipped a full day. That one phone just shipped - the one that showed an order date stamp a full day later and the same exact model as the others that still show the December dates.
 
Vowed last year that I would never go thru the preorder bull again and I stuck to my guns didn’t preorder I ordered yesterday morning woke up this morning to find out the phones were in stock locally at Apple store here in KC I wish you all luck also but I’m headed to the store now about a 20 min drive to pick up one now.

My phone just shipped...

Did you really order on the 28th and not the 27th? Was it via AT&T site or Apple? I ordered same phone the 27th at 6am via AT&T site and status is still "In Progress." When I call support, they tell me the same status and that all phones are according to when order was placed? NOT!!! I am seeing many people here getting their phones ahead me. Happy for all of you. Pissed at AT&T though.

So.....

I purchased new phones for the spouse and myself last year. Really had no need to upgrade/replace what we had.

On the night of Oct 27, while eating dinner...my wife, who never ever talks about phones with me (I just get her a new one, set it up and hand it to her) casually mentioned a coworker got up in the middle of the night and ordered 2 X's.

After a few moments, she asked if I had ordered new phones. Sigh.

So after 8 PM CST I signed into my ATT page and placed an order for 2 X's, both 256, one silver and the other gray (for myself).

Was initially given a shipping date of mid-December. No surprise, signed off and forgot about phones.

Few days later, get a notice that the silver model had been bumped up a few weeks to 11/27 - 12/4 time frame. Mine was still for mid-December.

Last Friday (Nov 10) received an email from ATT that mine had shipped. Received it on Monday the 13th. I have no idea how or why.

The silver phone is still showing the same delivery date.

I am happy for you but this is so frustrating! I ordered the same gray phone at 6am that day via AT&T site and status still "In Progress!" Support keeps saying they are being shipped according to when the order was placed but this forum has lots of evidence that this is not the case. I have used AT&T for years, also have DirecTV. Do you have some special relationship with them? I am trying to figure out the factors involved since Customer Service knows nothing.

I had my 256GB SG X order from 2:06am cancelled by ATT and phone reordered by ATT at 5:22pm. My delivery date window is Dec 4-11. I got an email yesterday telling me my phone has been shipped. They gave me a tracking number. IT IS USPS! US mail. Really?!? I chatted with them to verify. Yup, US mail is delivering my iPhone X. And it's going to take 17 days?

Anyone else anywhere else having their iPhone X being delivered by snail mail?

Waiting on call back from higher-level Mobility Support to explain to me what is wrong with my order, if anything, or simply why they aren't shipping according to order time as Customer Service keeps saying is the case when it clearly is not.

I am starting to wonder if they are going to fulfill all other preorders then take care of Premier Business preorders. I actually ordered 2 space gray 256 gb phones the first purchase 6:13 am ET. I am glad for the information about your phones I had been wondering if I could have just ordered earlier but with you ordering first thing I now realize it wouldn't have helped me get them any sooner.

My question is this has anyone who ordered thru Premier received their phones yet?
