Check your junk or spam box I found my second confirmation email in there,I had only received the one email then saw on here people were getting 2 emails so I checked and found the second email had went to my junk folder.

Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Ordered at 2:15AM on the Apple website and was given a reservation number for an iPX black 64GB and didn't receive an email until 4:42AM, attempted an order for an iPX black 256GB on the AT&T website and it went through with an expected ship date of 11/2-11/10 and didn't receive the "we have your order" email at all and then got the "We are good to go.." email at 8:12AM, still with an expected ship date of 11/2-11/10.
Does anyone see a guaranteed ship date, or are we all given a range?

Man I think people that ordered through AT&T got lucky. I ordered my X on ATT and I get it on Nov 3rd. I ordered my brother's through Apple website at the same time 3:05 am and his gets to us Nov 17th ish.
Also I got my order confirmation email 3 hrs later after submitting the pre-order. It's weird. I hear that a LOT of people are going through the same thing? With some people not even getting their order confirmation email after 6 hrs+. If you go check the upgrade status of the line you updated--if it says "pay off $900+ and trade in to upgrade," youre good to go! Good luck everyone! I'm excited to get my hands on this thing.
Really!? Thats worrysome. I wonder why ATT would just outright cancel orders?
But Apple always supplies itself with China shipments before it allots to carriers.

I agree. I checked this morning and ATT showed phones avail for Nov3 or close to it but Verizon, etc. showed them out to mid Nov\Dec
I also have the 2 emails from AT&T w/ Nov 3 date. But also have an order on Apple for Nov 17. Need to cancel one. Tough decision.
I received a cancellation email when I ordered my sisters iPhone 7 last year. They told me to call to get it straightened out. When I was on the phone with the CSR she manually changed my delivery date to still be launch day last year even though the delivery estimates moved to weeks out. Wouldn’t hurt to try calling them
For my daughter is says "Pay $574.50 . . ." and since she ordered and is able to trade in every 12 months this is right since it's half the cost. So her's is good to go. Mine unfortunately hasn't changed and still says "Trade in your device to upgrade." Hopefully it just means it's delayed and there's nothing wrong with the order, but we'll see. I guess it's consistent with not getting the second email yet.
This is my first year in several NOT using ATT app - because of the fiascos of the past I defected to Apple app this year - and it didn't go well over there either.. great for some - horrible for most.
But I still hang here w/u guys to see what happens. I found out via a regional manager a couple years back that Apple hogs a lot of supply to itself. BUT - ATT is very cautious conservative with its shipment dates.. so if any of u are getting Nov 3 promises. That's a pretty golden promise - in my experience.

Got mine late as well(checked this morning, posts above), but AT&T reported my upgrade was gone and I had to pay 919$ so I was all good last night

they are actually NOT NOTORIOUS....Their times have been pretty solid for the last 8 years.
My experience in the past has been decent with AT&T. If it said launch day delivery when i ordered I got it on the day.
Exactly - if anything they're OVER cautious. Almost everyone hates their shipping date they get on preorder night then the ship dates adjust EARLIER thru the week. I've actually always preferred ATT's over caution. In the 4 years I've use ATT they've NEVER gone LATER than original ship date. Only earlier.
Last year Jet Black 128's were a mess.. but we all saw the back order status the moment we ordered.
