You ordered through a Chat? This is the email I got 30 minutes after completing preorder at 03:07:01est.I just got this email.

seriously doubt that phone will arrive any sooner than next fridayI just got this email.
Update: Just received a second email from AT&T which lists my shipping date as November 2. I assume this means it will be delivered November 3.

Has anyone ordered the morning of the 27th? Say past 9am. If so what was your expected delivery date? Debating whether to go ahead and pre order, or do you think I will have more luck trying to get one on release date? Thanks for your help.
That is a bummer. I had a feeling that AT&T was being a little too generous with the November 3 delivery estimates.No. I ordered through the att app. I just finished chatting with her to see about my expected delivery date.

CHAT knows very little about your order, they are just a messenger looking at a peice of paper...lol they try to make you happy as possible lol so you dont' go off on them
I noticed that too! But hey one man's trash...
I decided to order super late and I still managed to get the capacity and delivery window that I wanted. I'm not gonna use an all-glass phone without a case so no one would really be able to tell whether I have the silver or I don't. Even the tinting of the metal bumper isn't that obvious.
I'd rather have the phone at launch than wait for a color I usually like. This phone is in too high demand for that.
It’s cool. I have another reserved delivery date 11/3 from Apple. I’m saving that in case I get an email from Att with a changed date I’ll just have to buy it at full price but not a problem.
I just got off chat with AT&T and he confirmed my iPhone would be shipped 11/02 and would be recieved on 11/03. He better not be lying

I got that same date from 3 people now at att. But I got an Apple preorder for backup with an 11/3 delivery date. Bwahahahaha
I really hope you get it on time but be careful with believing the agents.. As someone who has had black or grey since the iPhone 3 because I prefer the black front, I was happy to get silver this time since the fronts are the same now.
I also assumed it would be less in demand so that helped as well.
