Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

You may already be aware of this but the BOGO offer requires adding a new line in addition to being a DTV customer. No new iPhones for me and the wife after all :-(

Depends on the supply. For the 8 and 8+ they should be ok.

They normally do preorders. You probably want to sign up on their website and they will inform you when preorders open up.

Does anyone know what "add line" means. We have uverse and want upgrade from iPhone 5 - wife and I have separate att accounts. She is actually still with her parents. If she drops off from parents account and joins mine is that "add a line"? Thanks
 
I don't know where people are seeing ATT actually advertising these bogo specials for the 8. I only see about "reports" by other sites about it....ATT told me on phone only for 7 now (but she could have been full of it).

No that is a TOBR (Transfer of Billing Responsibly) and that is not a new line of service. Just transferring existing service from one account to another.
 
Anyone else see on the att store is has a countdown, and it has only 20 minutes to go?
 
Can anyone confirm the buy one get one free requires addition new line? Why no mention details att website?

See. I'm debating if I should just get gold since the X is coming in just one month anyways and than give it to my mom. I just love how new it is compared to the others.
 
I prepaid my Next plan to get ready for tonight. After watching everything, I am not buying this time. I might talk myself into the X by October but I find myself up waiting for a watch. Who would have thought.
