Carrier AT&T Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

I am in a waiting queue to get access to the site. I refreshed my screen several times not knowing I was getting a place in line. Ha.
 
Now the apple app store is working but still not the apple site

Looks like there is plenty of phone for people tho. Not the demand. would still get it on the 22nd, launch day
 
Love the pickup option. so much better. 8am on 9/22. The site worked so much better. Went live at 3:02 for me.

By site I mean App. Apple Pay and out.

Very simple and easy this year. Apple Store app came up right on time, took less than five minutes to get the phone (space grey 64GB 8+) ordered for store pickup on launch day.
 
Att site sucks. Might just order through apple. Don't see any deal except $300 if trade in 7s. Anyone can confirm if I buy unlocked phone from apple and just put my sim from my iPhone 5 I'll be ok and able use? Thanks

Even if you were “off” by a month or two you have the option to pay a lump sum to get you over that 50% threshold and be eligible so I suspect it will be the same for those wishing to upgrade from an iPhone X next year.
 
Well that was fun, app store only gave me an option for a full payment. Went to att app to find out i had 1 more payment left which is i guess still not processed base on my billing cycle. But even now ship times still 22nd, looks like they have enough supply or not that many takers. Hmm

Ordered Gold 8 Plus 256GB & Apple Watch 3 42mm with cellular :) all delivering on 9.22!! Super excited. Hope the iPhone X goes this well!

While a little longer in the que than expected I was able to get my order in through AT&T’s website. iPhone 8 silver 64GB. Delivering 9/22
