As with so many others it seems, AT&T cancelled my previous order without my consent and I have spent the whole day on the phone with them trying to get some kind of rectification.

Finally went to a physical store and the sales rep there made sure that the rep on the phone in the Orders department honored my original reservation and reinstated my delivery date window (Nov 2-10) with a reprocessed order. Everything went through fine over the phone (LIKE MAGIC!!) and I received confirmation that the T&C acceptance had been received and my order would be ready for shipment directly after.

We will see what happens next since my order number still shows a different delivery date, but no matter what AT&T tells you, they have the authority to reinstate orders and override shipment windows. Keep pushing until you get the right person.

I appreciate this post, idk if you had seen my post about my ordeal with AT&T but now I will be calling tomorrow, they have a sent to “upper management” about being reinstated for my original ship date but now I know that’s not enough

Same thing happened to me and now I have a ship date of December 4-18. I will call them when they open and see if they can give me the original ship date of November 3rd.

Do you know if there is anyway to reach this department over the phone? AT&T canceled my second order today and no one on the phone knows why or has been willing to work with me.

After I accepted T&C, I never received a follow up email and my order status still says December 4 - 18. I spoke to a supervisor and she informed me that there is no way to override the shipping date in the system. She basically told me the rep lied to try and make me happy, so I'm probably gonna be stuck waiting until December 18th unless something happens and they actually ship it early.

I wasn’t prompted to pay taxes when I checked out and customer service told me to pay them in store and I called the store and the store manager did a upgrade override without my permission saying that was the only way to do it...

I ordered super late because my Apple order was for Nov 7 to 24th. So I ordered a silver 64fb at 7:40 am eastern. Got first email an hour later, then got second email, still with nov 3 date like 5pm yesterday. Got text at midnight tonight and now it went to preparing to ship 3 hours ago, still scheduled for nov 3rd. I’ll cancel my Apple order when this one ships.
