When I talked to a sales rep she told me all phones with dates 11/2 - 11/10 are back ordered and hopefully we might be getting them by 11/10 But most likely after the date promised

They will get in touch with you within 24 hours (the latest) to update you of any progress. Please know that we are not taking this sitting down and we have your best interest as heart. Would you like to be contacted via email, sms, or call?
I will personally monitor the progress of this case form time to time so to ensure that you will be able to get the new phone on 11/03 or the soonest time possible. So you do not have to check for its status again.

No idea what the issue was, but it says Nov 3 delivery date. Showing "In Progress." I don't feel good about this. I ordered through Apple and got a delivery date of Dec XX, will cancel that one if ATT comes through.

Have you contacted them? I’ve gotten those on past orders and if you don’t contact them your order will be canceled,they usually give 7 days for you to contact then cancel the order but even if it says in progress believe me it won’t ship they will cancel it if they don’t hear from you so give them a call usually it’s to verify your identity or something so if you haven’t contacted them I would call as soon as possible so you keep your nov 3rd delivery date.I was on a cruise ship in the Caribbean and ordered via ATT about 3:20am EST. I don't know when it started, at least five years ago, but Apple the shipper requires a delivery attempt at the delivery address before they allow changes to the shipping directions.Is that is an AT&T delivery thing? This is the first year I have pre-ordered from AT&T but for all previous iPhones through Apple I have been able to pre-signed no problem.
